I cannot say enough positive things about Service Master Advanced! We had a bursted pipe in our guest house and they were there immediately to remedy the problem! Not only were they prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, etc., but they drove to the house every single day for a week (about an hour one way) to check the moisture reading and change the equipment as needed. Recently, the church where I volunteer as Maintenance Director, experienced a sewer overflow in the basement classroom area. Within an hour of being called, ServiceMaster was on-site beginning the clean up. When they left that afternoon, the area was clean and sanitized. Our pupils safely returned to their classes the next morning. We have used them for regular cleaning for years, but they really came through in our emergency. Highly recommend!

Service master is great! They got the smoke smell out of my parents house using a machine that breaks down the smoke molecule. You would never know there was any smoke. They also cleaned my rugs like new!

One of the worst things that can happen to you when you are out of town is that you have an appliance that fails and causes significant water damage inside your home.
