I submitted a request for a quote over the phone and had a tough time personally taking the call - Shea was VERY pleasant and called me back when I thought it would be a better time. She was very thorough in her explanation of all they did and the pricing. We were able to schedule a clean the same week even!! They did a fantastic job and were very thorough, professional and we will he having them come back! In fact, the next clean is already set up!!Follow up 1/3/21: There was a mix up last Thursday but The Maids Quickly And very efficiently got everything squared away and came today and performed the same great service I’ve had for months now!! Thank you The Maids!! Happy New Year to y’all!!

Detailed and timely. When I have to reschedule, they are understanding and with me back into the schedule without issue. I can tell that they actually clean under things and not around them

Not satisfied!! I purchased a preowned home. I call The Maids and explained to them that the house was empty and In need of a deep clean (everything to be cleaned). I was told not to worry that everything would be cleaned. After they arrived, the manager said that she needed to increase the price $180 because I had a lot of kitchen cabinets. (They were already there, so I agreed).As I did the walk through I was finding stuff that wasn’t cleaned and they were going back trying to clean it. After they left I looked over my house and OMG! My house was NOT CLEANED. My floors were still dirty, I swept and mopped and the mop water was Black. The bathrooms were NOT cleaned, refrigerator wasn’t cleaned, cabinets were not cleaned, dust and spider webs still remain in certain areas. It was so much that I discovered that wasn’t cleaned. I literally had to clean my house myself. I do want to say that they did clean my baseboards and the plantation blinds. When I notified their office and sent pictures, they asked if I wanted them to come back out. My reply was NOooooooo. You have already shown me how you clean. So she did take off the $180 up-charge. For the amount of money that I paid I was just expecting my house to be squeaky clean. I was highly disappointed. I just don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake of having high expectations from THE MAIDS.

I look forward to them coming. I leave and when I get back my home smells fresh and clean. They do a great job, all the girls are super friendly and professional and always make sure things are being done to my liking. Would definitely recommend The Maids.

Becky, Team Leader, Kyrsten and Angie were prompt, efficient and polite, as always. The ladies are ALWAYS aware of our pet situation, one extremely shy cat ad one thats deaf that could easily walk out an open door. Its really been a pleasure to have the ladies in our home over these last weeks.
