Thomasina did an outstanding job at a terrible time for us. The house flooded snd she was soooo helpful and got her crew in there that afternoon the response time was great. She is so professional.

My condo in Gulf Shores was severely impacted by hurricane Sally. Servpro (Mayhall team) virtually rebuilt my entire condo. They did a great job and even exceeded my expectations through out the rebuild. A honest and hard working team of people (they even came in under budget). They made a bad situation much easier!

I cannot say enough about the excellent experience we had with this team. Prompt, timely, thorough, and such a pleasure to work with. They helped make a tough situation so much better after a large tree fell on my sister’s home. They were quick and compassionate- showing attention to every detail and taking the worry of water damage from us. Within 48 hours, it was like the water damage never happened. Even though we are still waiting on a few things to be handled by insurance, there is currently no power to the home but a month later there is absolutely no musty smell or evidence of severe damage from the water intrusion. Servpro cleaned our upholstery. Our furniture is over 20 years old and now looks brand new. They cleaned a sofa, two recliners, and a swivel rocking chair. Our hot water heater leaked while out of town. Darryl and his crews came immediately and removed the water, sheet rock damage and tile. The service was quick and professional.

After the last Hurricane, SERVPRO of Southwest Mobile came and removed flood waters from our basement. It wasnt an easy job, but they truly made it like it never even happened.

They are very good at their jobs

Nothing but good things to say about the employees. The manager or owner or whoever he is, is the most arrogant, condescending person I have ever dealt with. I would not use if you have to deal with him.
