Our insurance company sent them. They came to remove the interior damage from hurricane Sally, and cover our roof to prevent further damage. They caused even more damage by improperly nailing tarps all over the roof. It rained that night through each nail hole they made, causing the entire room to flood.

We had a small plumbing leak that made its way into our living room which is carpeted. Puroclean was there within the hour. They were able to dry everything out and then cleaned the carpet. Carpet looked brand new when they were finished. Very satisfied and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

This is the best company in town! Chris Lockett deserves a raise for how much work he did at my house. They worked at my house until around 10 oclock getting it done! Its unbelievable the amount of time these guys worked at my house. We need more businesses like this is mobile.

We had a vent pipe that was leaking into a wall and light switch box for an extended period of time and by the time the plumber found it, the sheetrock had become saturated. Chris Lockett came to the rescue with his sophisticated tools and expertise and isolated the damage. We were able to immediately began a restoration process with minimal structural damage.

PuroClean is amazing!! Recently my family was in a terrible accident involving a very large bathroom mirror that fell off of the wall and onto my three little girls and my husband while he was giving them a bath. All four of them were badly injured and I cannot begin to tell you how much blood there was......in the bathroom, all over the bedroom carpets, curtains, bed skirts and continued out into the hall down the runner on the front stairway. They were all rushed to the hospital in ambulances with terrible injuries where we stayed for several days but have all recovered now. I called PuroClean and while we were in the hospital they went to our house and made everything new again for our return home. It looked even better than before! My husband and I were seriously considering having to rip out all of the carpet that was affected because we knew we couldnt live with the blood stained into every surface but after PuroClean came, there was no need! I am truly thankful for their caring staff and leadership and cannot recommend them enough to everyone I see!!
