Alex Laffond came to our house and went over the process of what he would be doing for us. He made us feel less stress during this crazy day. He was professional, personable and worked very hard to get the tree and debris off the roof. The tarp was placed over the holes and secured with sandbags. He did a great PROFESSIONAL job!
