These people are THE people! If you need help please use them! Ive NEVER spoke with agents who were this kind & helpful! I had an issue at the dmv & spoke with 2 different agents here multiple times and they were just beyond kind & helpful. I hope life sends yall nothing but greatness they deserve it!
Hit a deer. I was a little offended they had to investigate to be sure that was what happened but in the end they got everything taken care of. Most importantly, my adjuster, Richard L., was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get my car back in working order. Thanks!
He was really helpful and patient with me. Called several times in a row, and when it proved to be something I couldnt take care of on my own, he took time out of his busy schedule to get me in, and took care of the registration issue. Called me later to confirm everything was handled.
Geico has always been a great insurance company. I had Geico for several years but when the wife lost her drivers license they would not insure me. I guess they thought she would drive even though her license was suspended but she did not. But since she got her license back I left Direct General and retuned to Geico. I was paying $87.00 dollars a month at Direct for only liability and roadside coverage. At Geico I pay about $20 less a month and I have full coverage again. Thanks Geico

I am writing this review in regards to my call with Geico this afternoon on 6/3/21.I signed and closed on my mortgage on 4/9/21 and paid Geico over $1900 for the initial deductible for my policy. Now we are nearly two months into me owning this property and they are telling me that I have to replace the whole roof before they will insure the house. We are officially in hurricane season and this has got to be the worse news I have gotten this year.I have already made monthly payments to them as well. I am very displeased and disgusted with Geico. I am currently forced to either replace my entire roof which costs up to $16K or find another provider. Due to this I will be removing my car insurance and homeowners insurance and NEVER returning to Geico. PLEASE everyone reading, please reconsider before you think of choosing Geico.JB

I always say, you cant really determine how good a service really is until you actually need them. Geico has the worse adjusters who never return calls and avoid you at all cost. I was rear ended by a person with Geico and over a month later, Im still fighting for repairs. Not only that, but I was also using Geico insurance, but I would never want someone to have to go through what Im going through to recover their losses. Their service is horrible to say the lease!

I was extremely happy with my adjuster, she went the extra mile....a PROMOTION IS IN ORDER!I HAVE 23 YEARS EXPERIENCE so o know what I am. Talking about and I am rarely impressed.
At first I was okay with the way Geico was. Maybe a little high, but I was okay with that.However, today I get a text showing me my bill for the next 6 months and I noticed a 42.00 increase. We had no wrecks and no tickets for it to go up. So I call and ask why. The reply was that due to Covid raising the medical prices they had to raise our bill in case we get into an accident and they have to pay out medical. Now if I was getting full coverage I would be a little.less angry, but this is liability only for two cars. I am now almost at $300.00 because.a virus hit that I had no control over. No other car insurance is upping their prices for covid. Oh... also they said my area was more dangerous. I drive 2 miles one way and 2 back 7 days a week. If I drive more than 25 miles in a week I am pushing it. It is not worth it.

Your company should be proud to have him on your team. I personally have gone through the hardest year in my life. I feel people are put in your path for a reason and Chris was that person for me. He explained about what type of car and house insurance was available to me and guided me through the process. He had even kept from several weeks ago our conversation so I did not have to go over again the details. His kind words of encouragement and faith helped me through another challenge. I will always remember hiswords and try to help someone else on their darkest days like he helped me. Chris represents the employee that every company should strive to have.

I have had the best experience up to today, I was involved in a collision about a month ago, the driver at fault also insured with Geico. Our body shop is waiting on a part in order to complete the repairs and it is on back order as the car is less than a year old. Rental car was only extended through today and was told from a snappy call taker it would not be extended by Geico! Wow!!!! Never heard this before, I can see it if I was using my policy as I do have a limit for rental per claim, however this is not under my policy. Every time I try to call the actual adjuster never answer the phone! The snappy call taker said she sent an email to both the adjuster and his manager with an expectation of a return call within 24 business hours, it’s Friday afternoon so I guess I’ll receive a call on Monday!!!! She really is a delightful to speak with:(!!!!!!Geico is great as long as you are not the Claimant!

Id give them a lower rating but Google is kind and wont allow below a 1 star. I made changes to my policy resulting in a refund due to me and instead of them getting it right they over paid me. Then TELL ME THEY ARE GOING TO CANCEL MY POLICY. REALLY IM TRYING TO PAY BACK THE OVER REFUNDED AMOUNT AND NOW THEY SAY NO YOU OWE OVER $200 when I only owe $70.48I WILL GO TO STATE FARM AND SUGGEST ANYONE LOOKING FOR INSURANCE STAY CLEAR OF GEICO!!!! I wish that I could give 0 Stars.. I have been a loyal paying customer for 10 years with NO Claims. 6 months ago I filed a claim for a windshield and was DENIED.... I just filed a claim for Roadside Assistance...Wow I was Approved... Bad news is that the Claim was for $200 and they paid a Whopping $60. I talked to 3 Supervisors and I asked them for $40 more dollars and I was told that their Policies would only let them pay $60. I threatened to Cancel if they didnt give $40 more dollars and basically told I Dont Care. So Good thing I learned a lesson with a small claim instead of relying on them for a Regular Claim. STAY AWAY FROM THE LIZARD.. their getting paid but they HATE Paying

They don’t pay there claims. They make it hard after paying premiums to get cars fixed. Scam y’all have to pull money out of pocket to get car fixed. Find better insurance company.

I was with Geico since I started driving at the age of 16. (now I’m 40) I never had a ticket, never was involved in an accident, and always paid my coverage on time. I was the perfect customer and I thought Geico was the perfect car insurance company. On March 22, 2019 a young lady hit my car from behind as I waited at a red light. Long story short, the young lady was arrested for leaving the scene of accident and DUI. To top it off, her insurance had already laps and she the car she was driving was her cousin. (and the car was not register) I got Geico involved because I thought this would make the situation go faster and better. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! I’m sorry, Gieco clams department had a personality but very incompetent. I was on the phone with Geico for an hour and a half proving information about both parties that was involved. I also faxed the police report to Gieco, since they stated it sometimes take them weeks to get the report. Starting the next day, I was receiving emails and phone calls from Gieco stating they needed more information. Keep in mind, the extra information they needed was the information I already provided. They was calling me for a week asking the same questions that I already answered several times. They never tried to contact the other parties that was involved; they told me they rather wait until I get my car fix first. When I did talk to the claim department, I got a different reason why this wasn’t done every single time. Oh course, I dropped them and went somewhere else. Geico may save you 15%, but they will screw you when you need them. So is that 15% worth it?
