I had them for my house insurance for 8 years. first year 1700 next year 2400 until it went all the way up to 5000 a year on a 123000.00 home. They kept telling me I had to have flood insurance that I was required so I switched found out I did not need flood insurance and got a cheaper rate on my truck insurace. Stay away they the start out cheap and in the long run you get the shaft.
