I called to get a quote for car insurance. The agent I talked to her name was Krystal she was great. She gave me my quote she didn’t make me feel pressured to do it right then. She got right back in touch with me when I emailed her. She had me with fully covered and off the phone in less than 10 minutes. She was very friendly and professional. I saved about $75 a month switching 😀😀😀😀

I have read some comments about this place and I am not agree about the bad comments of these workers. They do take time for each person because they try to help each one to get a good rate and what the customer needs. They had three workers and Cindy who took care of my business, noticed me and my baby when I entered the office. She great me with a smile and respect when I approached her desk. I noticed her attitude towards her workplace and her relationships with colleagues are extremely professional without being cold or unapproachable.

I just want to say Thank You to Krystal for being so patient, kind, understanding, helpful, and most of all Great, Great, Customer Service. When I called she had a pleasant personality, she answered my questions with all understanding, she helped me get all my information to the right person and I truly appreciate her for that.
