Weve been with this agency for more than 10 years now & I was very surprised to see the negative ratings. There has only been one time when I couldnt reach anyone by phone but my call was returned in a reasonable amount of time. The staff has always been friendly & knowledgeable in my experience.

I highly recommend not using this agency. The employees and owner have lied to me, ignored me, changed my policy without letting me know, and they are rude, disrespectful, and flat out do not care.

Doesnt return phone calls.Took weeks to be able to finally get someone on the phone.When asking questions about my policy, staff were not able to answer my simple questions.Staff were incredulous to my asking questions about my policy.Staff were frustrating to deal with as they couldnt answer any questions about my policy, upon asking who was qualified to answer questions about insurance (ironically), the consistent answer was I dont know, I just started working here, or no one is in the office (on a work week, during working hours). When questioning about my policy, the staff available did not appear to have even the most basic knowledge of insurance, the services they sold, nor of the company they worked for.Staff were condescending and unapologetic. Not impressed.

Called to buy ins, was referred by friend, has been several days and no returned call from her.
