Substandard customer service and high premiums. As soon as I can find a different carrier I will. They send you a cancellation notice every month and do not provide a grace period even though they direct debit your account every month

This place is extremely too high

This company is horrible. Paid my monthly payment and they cancelled my policy for no reason. Now they expect me to pay a reinstatement fee. Customer service is a joke. I talked to two different women and they were both rude and kept trying to talk over me instead of listening and trying to help solve the problem. Wish I could give negative stars.

Acceptance Auto Insurance is a professional business and is quite willing to assist their customers to meet their needs.

This company doesnt even deserve one star. They are incapable of communicating, pass you around to multiple adjusters-without informing you, and deny a very obvious at fault claim.
