I called the company today with some questions. I expected to get someone on the phone only interested in selling the product. Instead I had an expert, who took time to explain everything from preparation, installation, and even tips on how to ensure my project came out successful.It is not often that I am pleased with service from companies in this field - however I couldnt recommend this company more.Thank you for your time, and I cannot wait to use your product!

We reached out to the manufacturer tale sure how the cracks needed to be measured so we could be sure. Aftereasuting the cracks in our drove we had a 1 1/8 inch crack so we order 1 1/8 material per what they told us to do. So we get the material in go to install it and it wont fit in the 1 1/8 crack without having to beat it into submission so it would fit. We try to return it and get a postage die to us to return the product which in turn car us $53 in shipping which they not only refused to do they basically told us even if we reordered the right product they still wouldnt give us any part of a refund and suggested we drive the package 75 nm iles ourselves to save the shipping charges. Very unprodessoknal business and they have lost a customer that is a contractor form ever buying their products again. Very rude and very disrespectful bunch of people.
