Very professional. I have been going to this place for many months and the guys have been extremely helpful and with full of smiles. Not sure how they manage the smiles in such scorching heat.Did I face any issues. may be 1 or 2. Unfortunately it looks like people leave a review only when they get upset than when they really get a good service. I am not a perfectionist because I do mistakes everyday.

Nice facility...free vacuums to include an air sprayer for getting down in the cracks and hard to reach places... helpful staff, highly recommend.

Mister Car Wash has a monthly charge for washing your car as many times and as often as you would like. Which is a great price at about $30 a month Platinum. If you go to a regular car wash you going to spend about $5 washing and drying your car not even including the time you tim spent at a manual car wash

I love mr Car wash and I Have 7 vehicles with platinum membership ($70.00) I just hate driving to the Sugar Land location for full service clean. Texas Pride is 2 block from my home, are you guys going to open full service back at this location??

Great vacuums Love the air hoses that get in the small spaces. They keep trash empty and the spaces moving rapidly. Some car washes let people linger too long and others dont get to use the vacuum.

This is my go to place for an automatic car wash. I pay monthly to get unlimited washes ea. mo. Cant go wrong with Mr. Car Wash.

There were so many spots they had missed, I wasn’t able to catch them or have time to look at the exterior. Once I did, I was shocked. It did not look like it had been cleaned at all. There was still dirt, bugs... the pictures speak for themselves.

This place has changed, no hands on anymore, worst wash I have ever had...

I’ve been a customer of mister car wash for quite some time now. I have never had any issues with the company up until today when an employee of this location decided to damage my personal property (truck). My tail gate and rear bumper have several scratches on it now due to the employee removing and dragging something from my truck bed with out my consent. Never have I ever had anybody take the liberty of removing my things from my vehicle. I should have filed theft charges but instead settled for an incident report due to the damages.

If I could give this a negative I would, buyer beware, do not take your vehicle to this place. First it doesnt clean your car well at all, and one of the cleaning arms hit my car and left a dent, and if that wasnt bad enough they are not owning up to it, wont let me see the video that they supposedly have but can let me view and dont have enough integrity to own their mistake and just fix it.

My wife and I been members for a long time. Today is the first time we go to this location, since it was closer, and cant say anything good. To start with the woman that greets not professional at all, in her phone and a condescending attitude. I ask a few things, since she have some sort of an accent, since we couldnt understand correctly what she was saying and she couldnt explain or was just being rude. Honestly, wont recommend this location.

Great customer service, however I do miss the two people at the end of the car wash that would wipe the windows and exterior off prior to the customers drying off, not sure how that would expose them to Covid.

My wife and I both have the monthly membership for all of vehicles and like the fact that we can get our vehicles washed anytime we want and as often as we like. The only problems we have is that sometimes the workers dont always clean the same way and wont put anything on my running boards and bumpers to make them shine or look better. Some do and some dont so it is frustrating so then I have to do it myself. Also, when you take the options to have the inside dash and seats done, they often start putting the shine or leather stuff on the dash and seats without cleaning it first which doesnt make sense. I often have to make them redo it because of the dirt on the seats, doors and dash. Overall, we are satisfied with Mister Car Wash but it just the little things like that which can make a difference and cause you to lose customers.

My car was Clean as a whistle. My license plate fell off. This was my fault or shall I say my husbands for not having spacers on there but they made sure to retrieve it for me. Glad I stayed for the free vacuum

Came here since the place I was using caused scratches in my paint. I heard from a friend to try out mister because there brushes are not as abrasive as the place I was going. The only complaint I have is the need someone to brush the front end and rear end . I drive a truck and some car wash dont accommodate for that.

Trash i paid twenty dollars to wash my own car no detailing crew wow will never come again.

To me and my family, the service provided by Mr. Car Wash is beyond expectation. The price for $20 a month unlimited is reasonable. I hope one day, it will have a lane open 24 hours rain or shine. And this lane is designated for paid members only.

I brought my van in today to get it cleaned. I just came home and finished cleaning it, and found a huge scratch on my dashboard. It wasnt there prior! I will be calling in the morning to complain. I shouldnt 1. Have to clean my car after spending $40 at a carwash when I get home because it was so poorly done and 2. I sure as heck shouldnt find giant scratches on my dash. I have pictures of everything that was missed and of the damage!

There are only 2 things I like about this place; the affordable monthly plans and the number of locations available to get your car washed. Nothing else. I paid for the monthly plan cuz I get my car washed often never having gotten my car washed here before. The wash was quick but not thorough. Parts of my car looked like it hadnt been touched by water at all. This was the shortest car wash Ive ever been to. I will be cancelling my plan before I get charged again.

Hate the new stickers they are putting on the outside of your car. When a kid pulls it off you have to wait until they get you a new sticker. Mister Car Wash has lost touch with customers.

Got my interior detailed, primarily because a friend let all of Austins 6th street come back up on my back seats. The inside looked gorgeous, but some spots were missed in places like the cup holders and vents.

Well it look like they went to a self car wash and it look real good...

I paid $36 for a premium platinum wash. My front bumper, back bumper were just as dirty as when I brought it in and my interior windows were not cleaned at all - total haze I realized after driving off. Theres no real chance to check right away and had to kid pickup. The machine did most do the work. No one with a real dirty car shouldnt go here! Will not get the job done.

The wash was not that good, here was still some dust on the windshield that wasnt properly wiped off. Also not that satisfied with the Vacuum performance.

For 38$ I was expecting more. The interior didnt look like I spent more on an upgrade. Other than that my car was out and cleaned quickly.

Employees at all of the locations I have used are always helpful and friendly. They also always seem to appreciate my business.

No complaints. I have a monthly membership and I love being able to pull into any Mister Car wash throughout the city.

Cracked my windshield on two different occasions by going through the car wash. The second time I noticed the crack immediately and presented to the manager immediately before leaving the property. His response is that there was a rock chip that caused the crack? How exactly is that able to be proven? I asked him to view the video tapes that confirmed there were no chips or cracks however he still was adamant that there was a rock chip which caused the crack. Seems obvious this occurs a lot and this is their go to explanation to avoid replacing.

My car was ready, and I was never notified. The Manager explanation, made me question the the personal they hire. The manager stated that the employees were not allowed in the waiting area, because the employees will ask for tips. Thus, I asked the Manager if he was having his car cleaned and waiting in the lobby; how would he know his car was ready. He, was peaches and replied, it was my responsibility to watch for my car to be ready. I reiterated to the Manager, that the policy needed to be displayed. Then he proceeded to tell me that they havent had an issue with policy. And that might be true because I normally patronize another location where the customers are notified. VERY TRUE, the employees do not in inside thy the lobby. However, FROM THE ENTRANCE OF THE DOOR, the employees announces the make and model of th he car and states its ready. SIMPLY COURTESY.

I have been experiencing bad service due to I am unable to utilize the sticker that was placed on my suv by an employee that did not enter the information correctly. I have had to call corporate office 3 times and each time someone claims it’s fixed. Well I called last Saturday due to the same issue and was told by a supervisor to give her 24 hours to get all of my payments applied to the current sticker and I shouldn’t have anymore problems. I pray this is the fix because if not I’m done with Mister Carwash for good!!!

I’m not to satisfied with Mister car wash the service as gone down. I remember going through the car wash and and there would be someone there outside the tunnel waiting to wipe the vehicles down. Now there are workers before your leave the tunnel and the car is really not getting dried and we always have water spots..

The Membership club allows us to keep our vehicles clean. Great additional services also.

Truly don’t understand what management thinks when they see that all 3 lanes are completely FULL and have only 1 cashier going around ALL OVER THE PLACE. If you see high demand hire more employees to assist customers. This place has been going down hill year after year. Wouldn’t be surprised if they close down this location soon. Will not be returning to this location AGAIN. Waited for more than 30 minutes to get charged after not getting helped out by the 1 cashier decided to leave without getting a car wash. WASTE OF TIME! Will be canceling my monthly membership.

I had out of state unlimited service. I hated that you use masking tape before I go into the car wash. Now my car had sticky tape goo on it and I have to pay more to clean it up. I will now be cancelling my membership.
