My first time there was 6/7/21. The young man did a FANTASTIC job on my truck!! He took his time, didnt leave a spot on it and had my baby shining like glass! I wish I knew his name to request him NEXT TIME. My seats were conditioned so the inside was shiny as well. Worth every dime! STRONG WORK!!

The carwash wasnt busy but it took forever for worker to finish detailing the car.. I later discovered The dashboard not cleaned and the windows still had smudges. Their prices have gone and the quality of work has gone down....

Went here because I got a Groupon for one of their car washes. And even though I prefer a hand wash most of the time, they did a amazing job. I even upgraded to have them clay bar and wax my truck. I’m gonna go again soon and get my car washed! They’re often on Groupon so check them out on there and give them a try you won’t be disappointed

Not worth what youre paying...the vacuum guy did a very lousy job...first and last visit...

Paid for the full package including external and internal dressing. The guy did a sloppy job, even used a dirty rag on the inside. The person in front of me in line complained and they made him wait until he gave up and got a rug and spray and finished the car himself. Decided it was not worth my time. Do not recommend and will definitely not return

Good wash, its one of the few all service places most are now self service . That means you have to clean your interior.

I signed up for the monthly plan. They never fully clean my SUV. Have to ask to clean the inside numerous of times. Never cleans my mirrors or the inside of my car. When I signed up they said it was included. Always have to ask for them to do everything thats supposed to be included.

Horrible carwash water spots left on vehicle, rims were still dirty, inside console wasnt wiped out!!! Dont waste your money!!

First time client. My truck was super dirty from hauling horses. It was very muddy. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I got there 10 minutes before they open. I thought I would be first or 2nd in line. I wasnt. The service was okay. The same spots that were on my window when I got there, are still there after the car was washed.

Went in the day after the big, good storm we had the other day and was well worth the rate. They are very nice and professional. I wanted to thank the employee James for having such a positive and friendly energy. He took great care of my black jeep Cherokee which means a lot!

DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH !!!!! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! Ive been here several times hoping that each time would be different but I give up .After they finished washing my car it was still dirt on the doors. The manager stated I had grease on my car doors and I needed to pay extra money to get the grease removed .I got a towel and showed the manager that it was dirt and not grease so he decided that he would have one of the employees clean it . Speaking of employees,they were rude and halfway cleaned the inside of my car .If you complain about the the service management does not care .Save your time and money and do not come to this car wash.

I drive a long way to Texas Pride because of the quality and value. The business is exceptionally clean and professional. Mark and Samuel provided excellent customer service. I was very impressed with the service and my clean, shiny car. Clean cars drive better!

Been here a few times because it’s close to my house. The actual wash is pretty good but the drying and interior cleaning is mediocre. The rim cleaning is horrible. I always have to go behind and clean myself.

Ive been here twice hoping for better results, but it seems to be worse this time. Having black interior has shown me just how dirty it was left after being cleaned. They didnt even touch the trunk. This was how I bought my car today, used, and wanted to have it freshly cleaned before I put my childrens carseats inside. Ill have to spend more money redoing it myself.Last time, it was my husbands white truck that had tan leather seats and they, along with inside the doors, didnt get wiped down either.I have spent too much for this to have gotten so little done to it.

The staff does a really good job cleaning both the inside and out of my vehicles! Price is better than what others in the area charge.

For an automated wash they do pretty good. I only got an exterior wash, and the people the dry the car afterwards by hand did a good job.

Not Happy at all with wash. Dirt was still on rear bumper and water streaks down passenger side front door. This was the first time back to this establishment in 5yrs. I now realize why its been so long! Will not be returning.

After going to Texas Pride Car Wash for a few months, I’m terribly saddened about our experience today 10/4/2020. My husband’s truck normally looks great after we use this company but today was very different. The truck smelled like it was cleaned with mildew toilet water. Never again. You lost a customer.

They dont clean the cars very well. Not even the windows. I really think the cars & windows are smeared soo much is that the towels are not very clean. Even on Tues.ladies daythey just dont put the Armor All on the tires unless you ask for it.i am not the only person thats noticing the service is quite a few of the people. One lady was sticking to me her husband no longer go there for his service he goes to Mister Car Wash on Highway 6 he say the service is a lot better Im just wishing that Texas Pride Will Get on Board and do a better service because its right down the street from us and it is so convenient to come here. The service was better back in the day, now they begin to not do wellat all. Its just not good for your business, do you have people who patronize you because of your service and then all of a sudden things go lacking.Thats not good at all.

Service was great, staff gave special attention to difficult to clean areas on my interior carpet and tires. Plus, the Jasmine fragrance smells so good when Im driving.

I got a deal on groupon for a detail. They cleaned my car pretty fast and had it shining. The guys are really professional and were nice.

Good wash for the price. I usually have them touch up a few spots that I feel should be included. You know lift the trunk and wipe it down, spray water out of the turning signal casing as the water sprays out as soon as you drive off. I like the point system and the special days for reduced prices too.

This will be my 3rd time visiting this place and they have done a great job every single time. It is always pleasant waiting while my truck is being washed. The waiting area is always clean and smells good. The coffee station is a plus for me. The cashier was very nice and sweet. I will keep coming back!

I prefer to drive to Texas Pride than to wait in the ridiculous line at Mister Car Wash near my house in Sugar Land for sub-par service. That being said, I prefer to drive out to Missouri City, wait in a slightly shorter line for...meh...service. They do not clean out cup holders and they dont do a good job of wiping down the dash on the inside. Decent at best.

I took my car to this place ONE time, and afterwards I found a ding and scratches all over my car. Not worth it all, looked worse than when it came in!

I paid for $40 dollars for a hand wash. Thinking the amount of money I paid for this package would be a superb job. That was a lie! Ive taken my car to several carwashes that specializes in handwashing. That charged me half the amount this place charged me, but provided exceptional serivce. The backseats were not clean nor vaccuumed. My dashboard was not cleaned. I still could see dust on my dashboard. To be honest, I know could have done a better job than this Carwash.

We have use this location 20+ years for our fleet of business trucks along with our personal vehicles. Always friendly staff and great service. Owner Glenn is always helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks great. Highly recommend Texas Pride!

First time here, because of the good review online. I was planning to do a more comprehensive package to the car, however one of the guys(seems in charge of the pricing) gave me a funny price:$160 for seat cleaning and ozone odor treatment for a two seater Miata.. I made a call to my friend and found out this was not a normal price range, however i was not planning to go elsewhere, so just decided to have the ozone treatment done. I accepted the $60 price and saw that guy whispering with others about me and my car, I realized something gimmick behind. I entered the store and asked others about the real price and no one is responding until I saw the price was listed on wall for only $29.95.Dishonest place and I won’t return.

Mixed Review! I came here to get my company car vacuumed only and the 1st gentleman I spoke with was really nice. He told me he would take care of it but there would be a long wait. I agreed to come back later in the evening. My second time pulling up a different gentleman approached and I released I just need a vacuum. He looked at me with a side eye and repeated a vacuum only? He seemed annoyed. Afterwards he said with all the fake patience he could muster up “well it’s going to be 45 minutes do you still want it”. At this time another employee walks by and says “oh I will do it!” The original gentlemen tells him no and sends him away. I wish I could say I was shocked but bad customer service has been putting owners out of business forever. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Without a doubt, the place I take my vehicles for a thorough cleaning. Glen Horst and his well trained staff will do a great job and get it done ASAP. Theyll get you back on the road looking great! Ive used the Mo City and the Pearland locations and both were excellent. You can tell that they value your business and do it right the first time.

Just save your money and time by going somewhere else. Brought a coupon, paid $10+ tax, left a tip before I got in my car. They didnt wipe my dash, there were hand prints on my windows, they barely vacuumed my carpet and didnt wipe my seats. There was black gummy smeared all over my seats. They claimed all I paid for was wash and floor vacuum and dashboard wipe. They argued that the black was there when I pulled in, told me I had sand in my car and that he had wiped my dashboard. Yes. My car had sand, thats why I was at the car wash, they used a blower in my car and covered everything with sand and never wiped my windows or my dashboard. I was told I needed to pay for a detail to clean my seats, I didnt need one had they just vacuumed them. My car is dirtier than when I drove in. I spent 3 hours at the beach and my car was detailed not 4 days before. I am the only person that rides in it. I will never go back there.

I suggest asking for Silberrio. Amazing, fantastic, can not say enough nice things. I have used them in the past for mine, family, and bosses cars. I recently visited because a dog relieved her bowel in my car on way to the vet. They were able to get that and a huge ink stain out as well. That 2 other places were not able to remove. Not enough nice things to say. Outstanding customer service and fantastic work. Cleaner than the first day I got it and picked it up at the dealership.

Its been good since they have arrived in our neighborhood sometimes the wait is long but I guess you have to get there at a good time

I went to have my car washed at Texas Pride Car wash as usual and received the worse service. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. While my car went through the wash cycle, I noticed my driver door wasnt closed all the way. I notified the attendant at the end as my car was coming out but he didnt know English. When he pulled my car to the lot to start the dry process, I walked out to look inside. There was a little water on the floor board but nothing major to complain about. Suddenly, I hear a voice behind me stating its not wet...I showed the male the water and went to complain to the lady at the front desk since he called me a liar, after seeing the water for himself. The lady (unfortunately I forgot to get her name) at the front desk ask for me to speak to the manager. Unfortunately, the male she took me to was the same guy that called me a liar. Antonio started getting smart (very unprofessional if you are a manager) saying he didnt care if I was upset and was so nonchalant about the situation. I told the lady that wanted whomever was over him and she told me the owner name was Glen H. I could come speak with him in the early AM to voice my concern. The way I feel is that Ive been going here for 8 years and you have really lost a loyal customer over Antonio and his stupid,unnecessary attitude. All I needed him to do is acknowledge the fact that it happened and could have been worse. I will make sure others know about this incident and most likely if the owner reads this he wont even acknowledge this either. #loyalty4nothing

Dont take your car here. Even though I told that I had electric mirrors that could not be moved by hand, they still did and broke them. They refused to take responsibility, and it cost me over $500 to repair. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you value your vehicle.

Good place to get car washed

I recently took my grandmothers SUV here. We took it in at 4 p.m. on a Saturday two hours prior to close and ordered their best package for $170. The detail specialist there barely gave me the time of day, even though I ordered their most expensive services. Also, they made me leave the car overnight and I had to call them twice, in both cases the manager was too busy to speak with me they claimed. Finally, after the car spent the night in the shop and halfway through the next business day, they called me back. When I got the SUV back, there was dirt on the borders of the rims, muddy shoe prints on the running boards, most of the staining looked as though they had not even attempted to take it out, the interior windows and windshield had not been cleaned, and there was sneeze spatter on the windshield in front of the drivers view. The windshield was still very much dirty. It looked as though they had done a very rushed, half assed job cleaning the interior. As this was my first and last time going to this car service center, I do not recommend their services. You will not receive quality work here for your money. The staff are almost entirely Spanish, although they speak some English, and it is clear that the primary center of their business is basic car washes. They dont even do a good job washing the car. Dont waste your money here, you will be disappointed with the results they deliver.

I went today to have my vehicle detailed. I paid $60 for a wash and hand wax. Wash was instant then my truck just sat. After about an hour still no wax. Finally I say screw it Im leaving everyone rushes to assist. This is the third time I have paid well over $50 and got screwed. I understand they are busy but you should add more staff dedicated to only one thing at a time. Three strikes and Im out. I will never visit this establishment again.
