It took over 2.5 hours to detail my car after they told me the wait was about 1 hour. The job done was just average, so when I called and spoke to to manager about my concerns, the only solution was to turn around and come back…I tried communicating to the guy who showed me my car at the end, but he just told me I didn’t pick the right package. I didn’t have time to go back in to complain since I was already late for a meeting.So take more time to out of my day to fix an error they made instead of offering a refund or a discount for the next service or literally anything that doesn’t cause me more headache and drive time.

Extremely satisfied with there work it was a bit expensive but the quality of work was excellent they did a great job on my Maserati!!

Took my ‘04 4Runner in. Thinking it was a bit much to pay for their detailing BUT WOW!!! They did a super job. Rivals any new car interior. They got a stain out that was there for 7yrs!!! It’s completely gone, GONE!! We are super happy, and I’ll be taking my other cars there from now on.

I really love this location. This was my first time at this location since I have one right by my house. What really got me was the neon blue waterfall when you enter the carwash. It felt really groovy and I would drive all the way back just for that. I dont know what it was, but it was just so relaxing. Definitely glad I had the opportunity to stop by that day.

I go through Ishine’s Carwash @ Missouri City at least 4 or 5 times a week, because I travel through Houston and Texas for work.The reason I like this location is because of their employees but one in particular is a gentleman named Peyton.Peyton’s professionalism is on point.He has great customer service, Peyton needs a raise if he hasn’t got one.I know when I see him before entering in the car wash, I know!! My truck is going to be taken care of.Peyton treat’s my truck like it’s a own truck.I greatly appreciate that.-Dave

This place is notorious for turning customers away that want their vehicle(s) detailed. I have been turned away 4 to 5 times no matter what time day it is. The latest instance, I arrived 3.5 hours before closing and was turned away yet again. I will admit, when the detail my vehicles they do a great job. Unfortunately, that had rarely happened. I hope that there are other options in the area in the near future, as this place could not even buy me as a customer at this point!

Great automated car washing service, well priced, and the detail service is high class and very well priced. You can wait awhile to get detail service on busy days but its worth it, so you may want to plan for a ride. Overall, great detail service and well priced car washes, especially if you have the membership.

Customer service is great I always get help and everyone is so nice. I only been there couple times and unfortunately the most recent time i went my car came out with some damages. So unfortunately I won’t go again it’s unfortunate I really liked that place and my car isn’t that old 2020 and didn’t have these problems before. But ik that this could happen.

I went through at the highest wash level and still had bugs in other stuff on my car here and there. Also, they never try the car well at all. We got our car cleaned at a car wash in Fort stockton, a small town, and their new car wash was outstanding. I wish the sugar land area would get a car wash like that. we will be looking for someplace else to get our car washed. I dont know why Ishine doesnt spend the money and upgrade their facilities with all the business they get.

I bring my car in for a wash at least couple of times a month, 13 dollar one and it has tire shine included. most of the time tire shine is applied to one side and not the other. I have brought to their attention but it still happens.Maybe its just my bad luck but like to see it corrected.

Great plans to have you car washed with minimum fuss. Cleaning and drying of the was great as was its facilities. The idea to provide a changeable microfibre is a very nice touch, as is the free vacuums. You can buy one time sessions or plans. You can also have upgrades to detail your car at reasonable costs. A very very very minor point is that there seems to be a moldy odor that seems to be mixed with the detergent as the car is under the suds. It stays a little while in the car but other than that, it is perfect!

Car wash through the machine is good but the guys guiding you into the car wash with the brush majority of the time use the brush to get the dirty off without pressure washing the front and back of you car. They did that to my car and left a nice big scratch by the front end of the hood where it touches the bumper. Looks like someone took a broom to my car and you can see the multiple layers of scratches. I did call and place in a complaint to the manager but he said that the pressure wash is only necessarily if there is dirt on the Vehicle which is not true. You are taking your car in for a wash because it is dirty....does jot matter if it’s just fine dust on it or super dirty...still will leave scratches if you use a brush on your car without pressure washing it first. Hopefully they will change up their practice before more people’s Vehicles get scratch marks on them

Cohen did a superb job on our Jeep. We hit a swarm of bugs a week ago. The stuff on the windshield and the grills was terrible. Cohen was really detailed and quick. It’s shining now. Thank you, man.

This review is based on the drive through car wash and frankly it sucked. It hardly cleaned my vehicle and it hardly dried it and you pay 20$ for the ultimate plus and it has no ceramic. Not worth 20$

Today was first time to use iShine and I will definitely be back! While driving, my green tea (with milk in it 😬) spilled all over my passenger seat due to a faulty lid, and I immediately searched online for somewhere nearby for a car detail / to shampoo that seat as soon as possible! iShine took such good care of me, explained the different options, and immediately shampooed the seat - the entire staff was so friendly! Thanks, and I’ll be back!

Overall... happy with this place. They do an excellent job in getting vehicle prepared to go through wash. Someone had a brain fart and made you go inside for a VIP red towel... now they have the towels at automated machine when checking in. Much happier!!

I’m so happy with this location. I was driving behind a ridiculous truck this am who unbeknownst to me was splattering specs of paint on my new vehicle. My truck was left in the sun to dry while the truck that came out of the car wash after me was finished. The roof of my truck was not dried off and my wheel looked awful. Very disappointed

I always go early in the morning when I get a car detail. They get me in and out so fast. The manager always takes great care of me as does the team. They are very friendly and produce high quality work. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Overpriced and “gimmicky”. They advertise a Family plan for $30. But that only includes ONE car. Each additional car is $15. So, unless your family only drives one car, the minimum is $45 a month not the advertised $30. If you only want ONE car it’s $20. It’s LITERALLY CHEAPER to have separate plans rather than get the Family plan. Oh...and YOU get to vacuum while other cars in line trap you in for an additional 10 minutes. All this and then the machine cleans approximately 70-75% of your car. #buyerbeware

On Feb-15-2017 @ 5:15pm I pulled in to wash my Jeep Rubicon. A sales rep walked up to the terminal helped me pick the wash I wanted. The sales rep talked to me for a second and looked over my jeep and rolled me thru. I pulled around to second stage area and the worker sprayed the jeep and window and rolled me thru wash. During wash the jeep started shacking very bad. Then all of a sudden the light bar crashed on the hood of jeep. The sales rep stopped the wash and asked me to back up. I proceed to back up and pull to the side of the building. The on duty manager proceeded to tell me this part will NOT be covered due to it being a after market part. I expressed concern that its not and we bought this Jeep as is from dealership new. I sent him pictures of several jeeps at dealership matching same specs to prove they come from dealership like my jeep. I filled out a incident report and a couple of days later after several calls with no return call someone called me and denied claim. After all of this I was never told the jeep couldnt go thru. I also was never refunded for wash that I didnt get. I talked to area manager Thomas Long and he told me he would get back to me and never did. Its a shame as a consumer we spend our hard earned money to be treated like this from a company. I sent a letter demanding them to reimburse the wash plus the cost to fix my jeep Im still waiting to hear back from them.

I sure will share my thoughts. The automatic car wash works great for cars. Trucks is another story. The overhead roller brush doesnt clean the back window or the cargo cover.

I love this car wash. They dont call it iShine for nothing. My tires are always clean and shiny when I leave here. They give you a microfiber towel to wipe your car down and turn in for a clean one, when you have a membership. I love it!

Great place!! I take my car here to get my car hand washed. Its a little more costly for hand wash compared to other places. Hand wash here would be around 45 dollars, other places you can find it for around 25. Their work is great

Don’t get your car detailed unless you plan on spending an entire day here. I arrived at 1:30pm it’s 4:14 pm and I’m still here waiting for them to vacuum, clean the inside of my car, and dry the outside. Washing the outside took approx 5 minutes. There were 3 cars getting detailed when they took my keys. I watched a guy come in after me and leave before me so he must be a member and I assume they are taken care of first. Yet I’ve seen countless employees walking around, sweeping the parking lot, on their phones etc. so if details are so backed up it’s taking hours wouldn’t you send them some help to speed up the process? I didn’t get any extras or anything fancy. Just the standard $44 interior super clean. I’ve seen more people sitting around than working yet to wipe my car and vacuum is taking 3 hours. I would understand if I was getting the extras but the wait seems a bit excessive for what I got. At 4pm I asked how much longer and was told they are doing my tires so 10 more minutes. That was 20 minutes ago... save yourself the headache and just wash here don’t detail!!!

Excellent service. My cousin and I went here to fer our cars cleaned. She actually left a pair of earrings in her vehicle and did not realize until she got back to Louisianna. She called the manager and the manager held them until I was able to pick them up. Super cool.

Paid in advance, was told to wait in the lobby “it would be less than an hour” (there were 5 cars here in total). Was told my normal F-150 would be $10 extra on top of the basic package I already paid for due to “the mats”. Whatever I paid no issues, then waited for 2.5 hours while some employees loitered and others clocked in/out. There were two managers at the time that walked by 3/4 times ignoring the fact that someone had been in the lobby this long. Truck was clean, but they pushed multiple cars in front of me that drove up while I was there and the communication absolutely sucks. Wouldn’t return.

Good service, gets my car clean. A bit pricy but it helps them stay in business and keep the employees working.

A few things stand out here. A great price for one. Cant beat it. Plus the attendants always do a great job for the pre-sxrub especially since I have a grill gaurd. To top it all off, the kids like the lights during the soap. So I always got a good excuse to get the wash and take the kids with me.

The rule about harassing members about towels needs improvement. I dont like to take the towels home, so when I come and I ask for towels, I feel like a child when they ask where is the towel from your last visit?

I got my car seats shampooed for $45. They didn’t clean the inside thoroughly, and the seats left a stain afterwards. I’ve been here twice, but now I’m rethinking about coming back.

I usually always come here to get my car serviced, both inside and out. I have enjoyed the efficiency that they provide however, I am extremely disappointed and displeased with the time adjustments they have made. I came on yesterday to get the express detail at 6:25pm only to pull up and see that they close the express detailing at 6:30pm. I proceeded to purchase the wash and not get the express detailing because id return the next day. Today I arrive at 6pm only to be told that theyve accepted their last vehicle at 6pm and that they are closing the express detail for the evening. Per their business hours listed, theyre supposed to close at 7:30pm.I am upset that Ive came out of my way (rushing from work) to get here to be told that. Ill be taking my service elsewhere.

I got a very good car 🚗 wash but I had to come home 🏡 and wash tires and rims.

Paid for wash and shampoo of carpet and floors end up with a broken headrest and garage remote.

Its okay even tho the brushes do lightly scratch your car.

My partner and is frequent customer here along with his family and a long time resident at Missouri City Lake Olympia. Today we were driving by and had to make an emergency stop at the car wash to tie something properly that was loose on my vehicle. This bold large size gentleman (I believe he is the manager) came with another man and asked me to move the vehicle as soon as I parked. I said no problem... he rudely said “ok do it”. His bullying attitude was not nice at all considering I had just stopped and agreed to move the vehicle. They definitely lost our business and we take three vehicles there regularly. Not the way to treat your local customers at an emergency stop.

Spend your money here instead of going to Mister Car Wash on Highway 6. The detailing is a lot better and customer service is good!

Too be honest I have a membership here but will be canceling it. I have always paid for the air freshener from the detail because I hate the air freshener that hang from the mirror. This time I get the manager with the bald head. He states that its only for detail and to buy one from the machine they have more scents out there. In my opinion thats just bad business. Im paying you to spray some air freshener not like I was asking for it for free. I say just bad management there. Update: membership was cancelled today. And from what I understand the manager is the best friend of the owner and doesnt care about the customer or employees. Just a little info for others. Its a little bit farther for me but Ill give my money to the I shine in Pearland. Only manager there worth a stalking to is Terry he has gone out of his way for any of my cars.

Dirt that was splattered on my passenger side window was still there after the $22 wash. Speaking of which, be careful when making your selection, as the “add-on” screen is already filled in for you. I didn’t intend to buy a $22 wash. I only wanted the $10 wash.

I read the reviews before I came, I was happy with them and they went above and beyond when I came!! So glad I decided this place. I accidentally purchased the $39.99 detailing (when they were busy, and I didn’t have much time) when I was trying to go back to the home page, and the manager offered me the refund or he can try his best to get me out of there ASAP! I would recommended this place 100% front desk girl is very informative and always staying busy, she even walked with me to my car to explain what they would do. She’s constantly cleaning and the area is kept up! Will be back again.

I always go to Mr Car Wash, but after reading all the great reviews about this place, I had to try it.I must say that I am very disappointed. I give this place three stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ because:1- Yes it is very clean, especially the restroom2-The complimentary beverages were nice3-Customers service was superbHowever, it was all a Dog and Pony ShowI had to wait Two Hours to get the car detailed, and the work was well below par. I pointed out spots the wash missed, and they STILL did not clean them. After waiting two hours, I didn’t see it necessary to check every detail, but I noticed when I got home that every rim was not cleaned well. I had to clean the missed spots myself.In addition, I got the Interior Detail Special, and it didn’t even seem like they wiped the interior down... no shine... no vanilla smell like I asked for...I appreciate the customer service, but I don’t come there for customer service... I come for a clean car.Mr Car Wash may have sub par customer service, but I never had to clean my rims and spot clean my car.I paid more than I do at the competition, but I waited More Than TWICE as long, had to clean the car anyway, and noticed that two cars that came AFTER me got serviced before me.As a matter of fact, for that, I change the rating to Two Stars ⭐️ ⭐️Very disappointed

I took my car there for the first time last Sunday. Their process was a bit complex for someone new visiting America for the first time and a car wash too for the first time. Only one staff in the entire car wash was patient enough to listen and explain the details and I let them do their job. They did quite a good job with my car, I was impressed with the cleaning . But I will suggest they be alittle more friendly and accommodate people who are coming for the first time. Or otherwise, have someone assigned to assist new people rather than assume everyone coming there already know what to do. First impression matters alot.

Excellent service, there wasnt a long line when I got there at 4 pm. They scrubbed the front for the bugs removal before going into the wash bay.

Love this place...Havent had a full detail done here but I know they offer the services…I have a monthly membership that allows me to get unlimited washes. Perfect place to drive through for a quick bath a couple times a week. The drive-through wash is obviously not as good as a true hand wash and dry but given our Texas it weather keeps the car clean at a reasonable price...

Great fast abs friendly employees. My car got cleaned, needs more dryers but cleans my car really good. Vacuums always work and are strong. Always clean parking lot. Store manager is always on duty during the day. Detailing is great and fast.

Customer service at it’s best in this place! Packages are smart and family friendly unlike the competitors who don’t provide family discounts. The services provided are worth every penny. The system is done smartly where it’s cost effective yet very thorough. I’m so glad I shifted from their popular competitor in the area and I don’t regret my decision for even a sec.

I normally wash my car myself but Ive been feeling under the weather and decided to give this place a shot. Ive taken my car to Mister Car wash to have it detailed in the past and was EXTREMELY disappointed. I SHOULD have gone in and spoken to the person behind the desk first and/or looked at my options displayed on the back wall (more options than you see/find on-line). I decided to go with the express hand wax for $39.99 (including tax). If I had known it existed, I probably would have asked for the hand wash for $45 (Ill know next time). Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised at how good of a job they did compared to that other place. Still, I know I could do a better job, but they did a good job and felt my $40 was well spent. They even shined up my all weather matts even though I dont think that is part of the deal. The guy who handed me my key to my car and told me to look it over before leaving and wondered if I had ever repainted the car (not sure why he asked this). He was no nonsense type of guy and looked like Mr. Clean from the commercials. Anyway, I now have my go-to place if Im ever feeling under the weather again and need my car cleaned well. Im not easy to satisfy because I know I can almost always do a better job myself.

The service at iShine Express Car Wash & Detail at Sienna was terrible. I called them in the morning and after speaking with the manager, Thomas, I was guaranteed that they would clean all of the inside of what I explained to them was a very dirty Jeep. I took my vehicle to get it fully detailed and was charged $129.96, which I paid fully in advance. While I was still there, the workers took the vehicle and drove it through the wash and parked it in the washing bay. I left and went home while they worked on it, and received a call from them about 30 minutes later telling me that the vehicle was too dirty and that they could only fully detail service it for $180.00. I do not understand why they would charge me something and then change their mind about the price after I had already paid for the service, and after they had already looked at it. I understood that the car was very dirty on the inside (Jeep Wrangler..duh) and even though I still dont think I should have agreed, I offered to pay $150.00 instead of what they were asking. The manager refused and said that he would do it for that price, but that I wouldnt get the full service that I had already purchased. To me, this makes no sense at all, and I told him so, and basically he wanted me to pay $20.00 more in order to clean my vehicle on the inside, without waxing it on the outside (which was already included in the original $129.96).Finally, I decided to retrieve my Jeep and take it somewhere else because they dont run a serious business at all at this establishment. After I asked if I could speak with the managers boss, he replied I am the boss. This is mine. referring to the establishment.I dont recommend this place and would suggest to take your vehicles elsewhere.

Love this car wash but overall I shine needs a better way to hit all key spots on the car I shouldn’t see tire wax on my door or dirt marks still on my car I understand it’s all mechanical and no hands but I usually don’t have these problems but now there coming up fix it guys there’s to much competition out there for y’all to be lacking.

Every time I go to this place I end up cleaning the car my self or have to run my car through again. The detail service is a RIP off. My grandma does a better job. Though I must say the staff is awesome! Need improvements in throughly cleaning vehicles.

I have gone to this location multiple times and the wash is never really clean. I go to another one all the way down hwy 6,and for the same price the car always looks better . The last time I was there when I got out at the vacuums the car had hard water spots on it,and by the front plate it was still dirty. Im not trying to totally knock them because it is good for a quick rinse off but there are two more that for the same price clean a little better. On a positive note the staff there is nice. Without them they would have gotten one star.

Went there today because its close to my new house and had decent reviews. I paid $16 and my car was still dirty!!! The back is extremely noticeable and theres still bugs and gunk on the hood along with the baseboards werent cleaned well either. I will not be returning even though it is so close to my house. What a rip off 😔 For $16 my car should at least be CLEAN. The dryers could also be better as my car was still very wet coming out.But! The staff was very nice and helpful.

Overall they are pretty good.. I have gotten express details few times,, and they do a decent job ( 6/10) .. They still need to figure out how to get the brake dust off the wheels.. I had the same issue as other reviewer ( Patrick) .. in the front wheels and they said thats the best they could do.. I was NOT impressed… I compare them to MISTER CAR WASH at Lexington and HWY6 and for extra $3 or $4 on a full car wash package these guys ( MISTER CAR WASH ) would clean the wheels brand new, and if they cant do the first time.. they will make sure they do it second time.. One time, when the wheels still had brake dust on it… upon request, I had the supervisor, and one more guy cleaning the wheels themselves.. and they made sure its the way I liked it.. That was beyond my expectation..

The drive-thru car washing was very convenient and did a great job cleaning my car. It is different from other car wash because you dont drive through the different cleaning devices yourself. Instead you park on a moving plate and the plate moves you and your car through the various cleaning brushes and mops. Very cool! I would definitely come back.

Just your average express car wash. They have employees soap up your front and rear bumpers which is a nice touch, but the system needs a fine tune. I chose the basic wash, but later noticed a large spot on the top of my hood with dried soap that wasnt rinsed off. You also get to use their industrial vacuums to clean up the interior of your car after your wash. For $7 its ok, but I prefer the BlueWave Express car wash in comparison.

I generally go to Mister Car Wash by first colony and have been longing to find a place that really cares about cleaning cars. After going through many reviews decided to give ishine a try and I am glad to have used them. They really did turn my car in to brand new car plus everything inside and outside was literally shining. They are very true to their name.Plus the manager is very customer service oriented, as he makes sure we are happy with the wash before we leave.
