I have been working with Jeremy Williams at Bannack Realty now for several years and find that he and his team work very hard for their clients at not only getting the sale but at the best price.

I listed my home with Rob La Brie at Keller Williams. Sharon Gordon with Bannack Real Estate represented the buyers of my home. On the day of closing her buyers financing had not been completed. They did not go to closing till the following day. I was not made aware of the problem till I came home from signing my portion for closing. I came home to find that Sharon had opened the doors to my garage and home, giving access to buyer and movers. Items were being removed from my garage. My agent THEN told me there was a problem with financing. I guess because buyers movers were there and on the clock, that was more important than my agent contacting me and asking my permission to allow buyer to occupy MY house before they closed and purchased it.When I contacted Jeremy, he defended Sharon. Told me how professional she was. Seemed sure that my agent had the key and perhaps led Sharon to believe it was ok that they enter. Sharon had the key. No one had my permission.Theres a little more to the story.Bottom line I was not kept informed, Sharon allowed entry. Doesnt seem very proffessional.I feel Bannack and Keller Williams gave me hollow apologies and lame excuses.
