Jade and his team were great when they installed our egress window in our lower level, Id recommend them for your egress needs.

I used TC glass for years but they have grown and changed... for residential windows they are about 35% more money then the competition for the same low e brandless window....the staff that take residential orders changes out every 90 days so the person who takes your order, wont be there when you receive your order. This means if you got a price for bid the person ordering the window 2 months later didnt put the bid together and will screw it up... So I loved TC glass for years but believe they have moved to commercial builds and bathrooms... areas where they can maximize profits if you want window help call else where...

I have called twice, on 2 separate days to get pricing on several items for my rental. I was told they would call me back each time, and yet have heard back from each time. Not very good customer service.
