A gravel truck dumped gravel on my windshield and I though it had cracked it. I took my vehicle Novus to try to save the windshield. The repairman quoted me a price and then took one look at the windshield and informed me it had already been repaired. I had just purchased the vehicle in another state, driving through Montana on my way home.I never would have known the difference. So I had both my passenger side windows busted out of my truck a while back. Novus replaced both windows for a decent price. A couple weeks later my front passenger side window fell into the door. Removed the interior door panel to find my window was never reattached to the track. Fixed it myself no problem. Then a little while back I had to break my rear driver window because I locked my keys in my truck. Called up Novus because they have decent pricing. Of course it was done. The tech that replaced my window had come in ut and asked me if the door was able to open and close and I told him that sometimes the lock sticks. Thought nothing of it. Since then my rear driver door had been closed and unable to be opened. Dont get me wrong the pricing and customer service is amazing. Its the quality of service that makes me give them a three star rating. Good thing Im an automotive technician or Id be screwed.

I got in my car after my sunroof was replaced and there was broken glass pieces on my seat, the floor and in my cup holder from their work. Spent an hour vacuuming it up. 1 week delay on repair from the initial quote. Darn.Nice guys in the shop and they answer their phones right away when you call in. 50 dollars cheaper than the initial quote as well.

I called and they gave me a quote right on the phone, got me in the very next day, and stuck with the price quoted. Great service and very timely for almost $100 cheaper than “the other guys”.

Novus replaced the windshield on my 2017 Audi . They had to send it to an Audi dealer to get one of the embedded electronic safety systems to work. Jaren Koehn at Novus paid without question the $840 bill from Audi for the adjustments--more than twice what Novus charged for the entire windshield replacement. Their willingness to take that big hit was real professionalism: standing by their word that they would get it done. You can really trust these guys. Theyve won my business for good.

Novus did an outstanding job on my Yukon. Not only did they replace the cracked windshield and calibrate the camera but they picked up the car at my work and dropped it back off once they completed the job. They were able to reduce the cost by working with my insurance and provided me a $150 reduction of my deductible. Thank you Novus for an outstanding job, great communication and friendly service. The window was not in stock but they said they would have it overnighted and installed the next morning. Far better quote and customer service than when I called safelite for a quote. They also quickly vacuumed and sealed her window temporarily at no charge. Great service.

I was just in Missoula for the day getting warranty work done on my RV....a Mercedes Sprinter chassis. I called Novus and was quoted a very reasonable price. They had my windshield in stock and got it done the same day. I showed up early and they worked me in. The service was fantastic and they did a great job. It was a 90-minute drive home on the highway and all’s well. Would definitely recommend them!

Insurance claim for a powered rear window on a truck. They contacted me right away and got me scheduled for the next day. When I arrived they got on it right away and finished ahead of schedule.

My rear window got smashed when I was moving here. After calling around, Novus was able to find a used windshield that was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the new ones I was quoted at other places. When I went to pick it up the guy told me that I needed a rear windshield wiper blade and that you couldnt buy them in the store but he could order one. I agreed and paid for one. I wasnt charging insurance but I had another way that the windshield would likely get reimbursed. He couldnt get the printer to work so I said it was no big deal he could just email it to me. I called a few weeks later when I hadnt received either the windshield blade or the receipt and was told it would be mailed and the blade hadnt come in yet. The next week the entire rear wiper mechanism they had installed fell off. I called again this week, was again promised I would get my receipt, and what a coincidence the blade (which I have no use for) just came in! It is now 3 days later and no receipt! I am starting to think that the only possible excuse, besides complete incompetence, for not having a receipt is that the windshield was a stolen item and they dont want a paper trail, but that feels a bit conspiracy theory and the complete incompetence theory is still in the lead.

These guys are awesome. We were out of Texas on vacation in our motorhome when we got a rock chip in our BIG windshield while traveling through Bozeman. I called and spoke with Jaren and he said no problem just come by and he would work us in. We called about 45 minutes before we were to arrive and Jaren met us in the parking lot before we could get out of the coach. He had us repaired and out the door in 30 minutes. I would recommend these guys for repairs and they went above and beyond to help out of town travelers.

These guys were the most responsive out of the ten places I called for a windshield quote. They were also the friendliest BY FAR. I missed my appointment to come in by a forty five minutes, so I called to reschedule and they told me to come in whenever and they would fit me In! Novus recently repaired a large crack on my Honda. They showed up on time and were incredibly friendly and professional. The price was appropriate and they even checked out a small windshield ding on my other car for me. I will definitely recommend using their services and will be a returning costumer if I have any issues in the the future with either of my cars.

For starters, I expected my windshield to cost at least 50% more. Full replacement with the same windshield it had (tinting and all) for $215. Also, I had a leak from what I thought was my cracked windshield. They replaced my windshield and it was still leaking. I wasn’t quite sure what to do next and ended up taking it to the dealership. They couldn’t solve it either and after taking the interior apart, they sent me back to Novus. Water was finding it’s way through my roof and Novus fixed it for free and put my car interior back together because they “weren’t sure they got it”. Hasn’t leaked since.

These fine gentleman came to my house to look at a rock chip that safe lite miserably failed at. I can tell they do great work. DO NOT LISTEN TO GEICO AND USE SAFE LITE CALL NOVUS INSTEAD.

They were fast to get the work done and the cheapest around, but put a cut in the headliner and scuffed the paint near the roof line. I know its not easy to replace a windshield, but I dont think they were as careful as they should be.
