Called and scheduled an estimate to have the come look at what would have been about a 2000 glass shower enclosure. Nailed the time down...no call no show. Looks like that’s how they seem to operate by the sound of it.🤷‍♂️

Ordered glass took a week 1/2 to get in to their shop, then no call no show for scheduled appointment. Rescheduled for the next day, installer called off and no one bothered to call again to let me know. When they did show for next appointment, installer broke the glass as he was fitting it into the frame so it had to be reordered again. 2 more weeks went by before they came by to install it. It caused inconvenience, and made me look like was lying to my landlord when I told him it was being replaced that week and it ended up taking a month. I understand things happen or come up but customer service is all about good communication and they could diffentely work on that.

Horrible ! They started me on a product to stain the deck. When i needed another 5 gallons, i ordered it well before i was out of the product. Weeks went by. They kept saying the next truck or, should be later this week. After 3 weeks of waiting on the stain i had already begun to apply, they told me it was their supplier. I asked what i needed to do to get the stain to the store. They said maybe you should find it somewhere else. Simple amazing....... Do not waste your time !!

The guys at Creative Devoe Paint and Glass have done excellent work replacing several custom sized sliding glass doors and more for me. I highly recommend them!

I hate to give a bad review but Creative Glass has been very unreliable for us. The work theyve done has been fine, but actually getting them to our residence has been difficult. In the 2 appointments weve had, the repairman has not shown up either time, and only let us know after the scheduled time that he wasnt coming. Of course, this was a big inconvenience, since scheduling accommodations were made for the appointment. Then, he had to reschedule for a whole week later, and we had to contact him to see if he was even coming (and he didnt). He finally showed up a week after that and just showed up at the door to see if it was an ok time. So, quality work, but unreliable appointments.
