For a large company like ours, it means so much to know that we can depend on ABS and wont have to wait days or weeks for resolution.The service technicians are friendly and knowledgeable; they all are very informative as far as what became of their diagnostics and what steps they were taking to resolve.Taunya and Judy both exhibit some of the best customer service I have experienced! They have been around for many years, but only due to there being limited competition in the area.The technicians work well with print apparatuses, but anything else is outside of their scope of expertise.Most of the guys are trained on very specific things and outside of that they have very limited knowledge or training.

ABS is fantastic. They are always very nice and quick to respond to our requests for help. Not only are they nice, but they have been able to fix every problem we have had. I highly recommend.

They charge very high rates for technicians that dont know what they are doing.I have worked in two different offices using their services and we had to cancel in both.There were perpetual billing errors on top of the inadequate service.
