I have been coming to sports clips for years, and always try to see Bailie! She is fantastic, and very skilled. She can take my vision for my hair and turn it into reality! My fiancé asks me if I’m gonna go see Bailie. Then when I get home she expounds on how she loves the lines, fade, flow, and feel of my new hair cut!I completely recommend Sports Clips to anyone and I highly recommend seeing Bailie!Thank you for being so great over the years.

I was hesitant to book here because the atmosphere is directed more towards a clientele that isnt me- BUT I am so glad I did. I was able to check in online which saved me several hours of sitting in the waiting area. I was promptly and warmly greeted and seated within 2 minutes of arriving. Lakota Jo was fantastic. Listened to my preferences and executed them flawlessly. The head massage was just icing on the cake. From not wanting to go here I am now looking forward to my next appointment. 10/10 would recommend.

Walked in got told it was a 50 minute wait and they seem to want me to check in through the app. Through the app. I immediately downloaded the app and checked in and was sent to the store to then only been placed in another waiting line. Even there digital board showed 2 minutes and then over 10 minutes transpired again . They had 2 stylists apparently and one of them was performing her job is this performing her job extremely slowly and spending a whole lot of time in conversation that could have been utilized to work more efficiently.

Tired gett a haircut . only one other time in my life did this happen. She completely shaved off my small sideburns. I look ridiculous. She never asked me to do it. She should be fired#!

So disappointed. We used the online appointments feature waited our 1 hour 45 minutes. Arrived for our “appointment” and was told we had to wait another 2 hours and 10 minutes. Why did the site give an appointment then when I arrived I was pushed out further? Will be looking for another place to get our haircuts until this is fixed.

UPDATE: I recently missed a call from this store but the voicemail said that they saw my review and they apologized and credited my account a free MVP haircut. Normally they are fine but today this place was a huge waste of time.

The stylist was nice enough, but seem to just want to get everybody in and out. I felt like she just wanted to get done and on to the next one.

I am had a very good time. It was very relaxing and the lady was great. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it.

Since I moved to Missoula, this has been the only salon that I go to. Initially my Gramps put me up on game. Through his recommendation, I’ve found a location that will always have my business. Being able to check in via online is quite convenient, and they always kill it. I show them a picture of what I want and they make it happen. It’s fantastic, I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on my haircut. Thanks for everything you ladies do. It’s a mellow environment and I always have a great conversation with my hair stylist. ❤️

I made an appointment online an hour ahead with an hour drive to get there. I received a confirmation email for the appoinment, but when I arrived, my name was not on the list. The girl at the counter (effectively a robot) told me that my name was not on the list and it would be an hour wait. I informed her that I made a reservation an hour before. She looked confused and gave me the customer service of an automated phone operator. I would go elsewhere! (I did)

Ive been taking my little guy here for 2 years. Always gets a great hair cut. We always request Lakota . My little is gonna be three shes amazing with him. The wait time is worth it. . used the app to make the wait time faster.

Never have we waited so long. The wait said 45 minutes but it ended up being over an hour. It doesnt help when one of the stylists stands there and chats and chats, then hugs her clients good bye while there almost every chair was full of clients waiting. I then had a $3 off coupon. It took off $2. When I questioned it she said oh and pushed some more buttons and said there I said it still says $2 off she said no it doesnt, it took off $3 If the service is $19 and I paid $17 what do you think? I was really bummed about the whole visit. Always have had better service. Very frustrating. Especially the coupon issue. There was a family of 3 behind us waiting to pay with tons waiting so we just paid and walked out. I told my son he might need to figure something else out for next hair cut.

Waits can be long, but there isnt really a place in Missoula without a long wait. But these guys are pretty awesome, especially with everything going on absolutely recommend.

I got my first fade today! Lakota Jo did a fantastic job, and the head and shoulder massage was EXCELLENT!

I take my son here and although the haircut is simple, it is done well. My complaint is the length of wait time-continuously. Im not sure if they do not have enough staff or are just not very fast but every time we come in the wait is extraordinarily long. As we sit and wait, I see many people come in and turn around and leave do to the usual 2hr wait time. Possibly most stylists are needed at once.

Cheyenne was amazing!! The place was clean and the ladies are quick and talented hair stylists. Highly recommend this establishment.

Phenomenal service

Overall this is a clean professionally run hair cut business. The only thing I could want is better sports programming and less sports talking heads.The Hair Stylist that cut my teenagers hair is awesome especially when you consider that my teenager was not awesome. She did her very best with a client who was openly arguing with her and he wasnt holding still. If I could have afforded it, I would have tipped $13 on a $19 dollar hair cut.

Today is my 3rd time visiting this place. My hair stylist Darya was great. She acknowledged me as soon as I walked into the door. She provided me with excellent service and had a great attitude. I didn’t experience the long wait time that previous reviewers experienced, maybe because it was 10am, typically not a busy time. The other two times I visited this place, the staff have always been friendly, I did not experience anything that’s below the standard. This has been my experience with this place, but YMMV.

My little guy is autistic, and the ladies were so kind. He got a haircut, which is a very big deal, without problems. Thank you from a very tired single mom!

Had a haircut by Beverly, I would not recommend her. She didn’t ask me any questions about what I wanted done, just went ahead and started cutting. When she was done she did not ask me about how it looked or if I wanted anything changed. She just said, “well, you’re done.” Zero stars wasn’t an option. I’d definitely suggest you go somewhere else for a haircut.

I always receive a great haircut and great service from Darya! I see a lot of complaints about the wait and if everyone shows up at the same time to get a haircut, this can be true. To try and avoid this, I check in online and it notifies me of the wait time before I get there, that always seems to work for me.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in at 4:20 for a haircut and informed were closed for the night. Funny the front door was still open and no signs posted that they were closing early today. Also, refused service to someone who walked in right after. Not like it takes more than 20 minutes for a mens haircut. Will be spreading the word. Fina a new place to get your hair cut.

***THE WAIT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSLY LONG*** With how expensive haircuts are you think this company would hire a couple more emoloyees during the weekdays. Employees were super nice, but that does not make up for the time spent sitting for time Ill never get back. Time spent waiting from (5:15-6:22)haircut time (6:22-6-49).

I love the atmosphere of sports clips. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful when attempting to help me find a particular brush that would be good for my hair type. The employee did great with the service provided, I liked the haircut just different from when I was in Arizona. Now there Leanne did that!!

My son loves to go here they keep your haircut in their system so anyone can cut it unless you pick a specific person.... They also put a hot towel over your face and massage your shoulders pretty cool for anyone who needs more than one haircut LOL

I go here every time I want my haircut, I always ask for Whitney because she gives an awesome haircut and an all around great customer experience. Shes laid back and always includes you in her creative process to make you look like a studly man stud. Thanks Whit!

Not good. Like many others have said, weve tried to like this place. Myself plus our 3 boys. Problem is you check in on the app, wait says 20 minutes, your arrive at 10-20 minute mark and still wait 20 minutes minimum. Beyond that its $19 for a haircut with a $5, $7, or $9 tip for a mediocre haircut. Im done as much as weve tried to have patience.

The cuts were good, BUT....We walked in at 445 and were told that they were closed. They reluctantly agreed to take us, but then a group of about six people came in at 450 and they were denied service. Poor decision. If the place closes at 5, the workers should be prepared to accept haircuts until 5pm.

The haircuts are whatever but there have been multiple times I have checked in with the with app a zero minute wait I arrive in like 2-3 minutes (I live and work in the direct area) and have been greeted with a wait.

My first haircut was good, but the second one the employee misunderstood what I wanted and gave me a marine jarhead type of cut and still charged me. Ill go back, but be sure to be much more clear.

Bailee is our go-to hair stylist. She knows how to cut mine and my sons hair. All the staff are very friendly and professional though and we really appreciate that.

Person was very shaky didn’t comb threw my hair or part it I had long hair and the lady just took the clippers straight to the back of my head very very displeased with the lack of schooling that’s allowed thoes women “haven’t cut men’s hair before” I overheard.

Loved it! I love the atmosphere with all the tvs and being able to watch something other than staring at yourself in the mirror for a half hour. The lady that cut my hair did a great job! Since I was a new customer I got the MVP treatment which meant sitting on a massage chair for five minutes while the lady cutting my hair rinsed and washed my hair while massaging my head. After that, she used one of those vibrating massage machines and massaged my back for a few minutes. Very unique way of cutting hair and doing business but I really liked it! I will no longer be going to great clips as this place went beyond my expectations! Mahaloz

Horrible service. I checked in at a 47 minute wait, in that time of waiting they called out a name of a person that had failed to be there when they needed to be. My wait went down i was the next one to be taken. Then they call the name of the late person and he gets put in front of me and my wait then goes to an additional 38 minutes or more, I spoke with a manager who was unhelpful, and she told me that if someone was on the list before me they took them, even if they werent on time for when they needed to be there. I will not return. It was a sad display of service. I waited and was there on time. And got nothing.

Worst Haircut ever. There was no Welcome or Hello when I came into the shop. While I was getting a Haircut there was no welcome or hello to the next client when he came in either. Lady did not know how to cut hair, I had to assist her on the multiple areas she messed up on. She was extremely rude about it when I told her it wasnt what I wanted and to cut a little more. I will never go back and will happily tell people where not to go.

So rude! They do not want your business. My husband went in at 730 for 10 min cut, (they close at 8) and was told they are not doing any more cuts tonight. He said I thought you were open until 8. She said we were are but weve decided not to do any more tonight..........WOW! he has been going there forever, until now. I feel sorry for the owner.

Have to say this is the worst haircut I have probably ever had, didnt even ask how I wanted my neckline or sideburns trimmed. When I asked if she could fix the fade so that way it faded to the top she fixed it alright, took it straight up. Thank god for hats.

Been here two and half times... Never great but Im not picky. Last time I sat for 25 mins while two haircutters got one haircut done between both of them and when I left it didnt look like I would be getting a haircut anytime soon.
