Dr. Flores is awesome. I have been seeing him for a few years now. He is super knowledgeable and friendly. His office and staff are top notch and never a bad experience. He provides a clear explanation of the work he will perform and is always happy to listen and answer questions. Of which I always have many.

Dr. Flores is an excellent dentist. Great bedside manner and explains his procedures very well. I was experiencing major pain one day and he accommodated a same day after hours appointment to fix the problem. We are lucky to have him here in our community.

Dr. Flores did a terrific job using laser dentisty to apply preventative fillings on my molars. Ive never had a cavity so I jumped at the chance to keep my teeth protected. Painless and before/ after photos were stunning.His office staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Flores provided me with an arsenal of education on how to better care for my teeth. He goes above and beyond to keep his office safe during COVID and makes sure I feel comfortable as he works. Top notch dentist I would recommend to visit during quarantine.

Dr. Jeff Flores is the best!! He takes his time to explain and address issues and options for your dental needs. I had a broken crown and called his cell phone to leave a message and he returned my call within minutes (and this was a Friday night). He got me in first thing upon opening. His office is impeccably clean and modern. His staff is extremely nice as well. High recommend!

Dr. Flores and his Staff were very friendly and professional. The office was new and beautiful. I felt very comfortable there.The office uses a high tech Dental laser system that treats hard and soft tissue problems often without shots! The laser even helps patients like me with Snoring & Sleep Apnea problems that is a deadly condition.(For the gals he uses the laser to help plump up their lips from the inside, instead of them having to get painful injections with fillers).Dr. Flores has a ton of expertise and had deep understanding of the underlying cause of my dental issue.This is a great dental office to bring your family to, as I did mine.

If I could give Dr Flores more than 5 stars I would! He is by far the BEST dentist I have ever been to! I have a lot of anxiety and have been traumatized by dentists in the past so when I first came to Dr. Flores I was nervous. He is the kindest, gentlest, most patient dentist/doctor I have ever met. I needed a lot of work done and surprisingly Dr Flores made it easy and as painless as possible. Dr Flores never tried to upsell me or make me pay for things I did not need. His office is incredibly clean especially during this crazy Pandemic.Initially when I was looking for a dentist it was for my husband and I. My kids have always gone to a pediatric dentist. Dr. Flores saved my life! I came down with a severe tooth ache on Labor Day and wasnt able to find a dentist who could help. A neighbor reached out to him, gave him my number, and within 30 minutes he called ME (on a holiday!). He had me in his chair for an emergency root removal and root canal therapy within 24 hours.The office is state-of-the-art with all the newest technology and creature comforts; Netflix, bottled water, etc. And hes taking all the necessary precautions during COVID-19 to make sure his clients are safe.Thanks again Dr. Flores!

Then, Dr. Flores introduced himself and explained everything they would be doing. He did the cleaning himself using new tools that made it virtually painless ! There was no up selling of unnecessary cosmetic treatments and he was honest about work I should consider in the future without any pressure. My teeth look and feel great! Seriously the best experience I have had at the dentist. It makes me wonder why I have been seeing any of the other clowns that call themselves dentists. The office is clean, the staff is excellent, the equipment was state of the art, and the treatment was top notch. Dr. Flores went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my treatment, and to make sure that I was comfortable. He even fixed a few issues I had, that I didnt even come in for. Beautiful office. Had Laser treatment to fill 3 cavities, no shots and 4 minute whitening that worked very nicely! Dr. Jeff and Ashley were amazing! Dr. Jeff is so gentle and caring, if you want quality, affordable care in a state of the art office you must go to this office!

I really like Dr. Flores! Staff is great. He explains everything you need done and is very thorough. (didnt try to sell me on stuff I didnt need) I felt really comfortable with him. They have State of the Art equipment and the office is beautiful!

During his initial consultation Dr Jeffrey informed me that one of my upper molars was cracked and need to be extracted. The office scheduled it to be performed by the end of this month. This past weekend I accidentally bit on something hard that made the crack wider and caused a lot of discomfort.When I called Ashley on Monday morning to ask for an emergency visit, Dr Jeff was very kind and saw me within the hour despite his busy schedule. He also advised and decided against extracting the molar that morning and instead worked on it to alleviate the discomfort because I was flying out the next day.An excellent DDS practice which is highly recommendable!

Had a filling done yesterday with no numbing! Dr. Flores used the laser and I didnt feel a thing! It was a great experience especially for someone who doesnt like to be in the dental chair and the best part was no noisy drills and the chair had a back massager. Wish I could give more then 5 stars! Thanks Dr. Flores, you are the best!

This was one of the best dental appointment experiences Ive ever had. From the gorgeous office and welcoming waiting area to the massage chairs and Netflix while youre worked on, this place ensures that youre well taken care. Dr. Flores takes his time, explains everything and has a great chair side manner. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Entrance into the office itself is State of the Art. Although not very busy mid morning, the staff was most accommodating, stopping their duties to help me fix a Keurig coffee. The dentist introduced himself once I got into the exam room, showed me the x-rays he had been given, and spent a full 25 minutes talking just to me about how to keep my teeth healthy, how to save money, how to improve the life span of the two dental implants I already have. I chose Dr. Flores because he was the top of the list with Humana dental insurance. He far exceeded my hopes, because he was more interested in my dental health and longevity than in making money from recommending expensive procedures. Five stars for Dr. Jeffrey Flores!

Best dentist and staff in the entire area, Dr Flores and Claudia are rock stars! I recently moved from a different state and found Dr Flores through a pamphlet in the mail. I am glad I reached out to Dr Flores practice as he offers the most high tech equipment and sold me on no needle anesthesia, which made my 4 hour dental session feel like 30 minutes!Comfy dental chairs and NetFlix is offered which makes your regular dreadful dental visits actually fun! Thank You Dr Flores and staff for making my visit a wonderful experience! If I ever relocate I would still make the drive to see you!P.S. Dr Flores is a big Marvel fan and gamer! I had the opportunity to visit Rancho dental studio in Mission Viejo. I was in dire need of a crown over my number 18 molar. I went to Rancho dental studio because I heard nothing but good things about them. Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff, I immediately felt the warm fuzzies you get when you’re in your own comfort zone. The staff promptly took me to the dental chair. Dr. Flores came in and greeted me Immediately after being seated. After a quick x-ray the doctor webegan to work on my tooth. Dr. Florez used a new way of repairing my tooth without having to ruin my tooth in it’s entirety. During my visit I felt no pain and I left with a new quality tooth. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great qualified dentist. Might I add the staff is Unbelievably fabulous.
