I was referred to Dr. Lee for treatment of my TMJ and for an oral appliance to treat my sleep apnea. I was pleasantly surprised as I entered the office to find my name on a sign (first name/last initial) that welcomed me to their office. After interacting with the front office staff, nursing staff, and with Dr. Lee himself, I knew that I was in the right place. Everyone is very professional and pleasant, and the office is ultra clean. Dr. Lee listened to my concerns and has been very careful with my treatment to ensure that I am receiving the proper treatment. Lastly, the electronic messages they send to remind me of my appointments have helped keep me on track with my treatment. I would enthusiastically recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care.

GANNON LEE office I had an emergency situation with a 3part bridge cracked and fell out they immediately took extra time to prepare a temporary one and mold for new bridge without an appt. I had been a patient of Dr. Gannon for years. I had found his office to be very good and is why I had returned again. I definitely will not be going to his office ever again. On my last visit, his office staff was exceedingly pushy and was trying to force me to sign an agreement with a quote above $2000. His office refused to clean my teeth and his assistant dug into my gums too aggressively with s sharp object. I told the office staff that I felt very uncomfortable signing a document acknowledging a price quote of greater than $2000 when I did not agree to it, and they were very unhappy with me for not going their way. Afterwards, I believe his office staff began to retaliate against me in an unthinkable way. I will never go back to his facility because I sincerely believe it is not safe for me. I also believe that I was harassed by his office staff.

I had a very good experience. Dr. saved a tooth that had a very iffy prognosis. He was gentle and thorough. He also adjusted my bite that has been off for many years and it is much more comfortable. I am a new patient and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also, he made me a new snore appliance. Years ago I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and this help me avoid a c-pap machine. I would recommend this doctor.

Dr. Lee is amazingly kind and gentle! He is hands-down one of the best medical doctors I have seen in my life. He noticed immediately that there was a problem with a root-canal and sent me with the appropriate doctor. He took the time to check every single little detail of my jaw and explained the diagnosis and treatment. I am grateful I found a great doctor after six months of pain and discomfort.

Nice office and people. The Doc exhibited a reasonable but not great understanding of the effectiveness of the mouthpiece for sleep apnea. The first meeting is mismanaged and charged. They should explain the concept and determine likelihood of the product working before taking measurements and charging $250.

Drs Lee and Riley are amazing. My bite was way out of alignment after having a car accident and subsequent spine surgery to replace two of my cervical discs a couple years ago. They made a mouth appliance for me which is helping to correct my alignment.After less than two months of wearing the appliance my bite is almost back to normal!They are truly honest, caring, and straight-forward professionals. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Lee and staff are wonderful and caring and definitely take their time being detailed with the work. Dr. Lee is a conservative dentist that tries to preserve your teeth as much as possible. Marie, hygienist is also awesome. I dont even realize she is cleaning my teeth! Its a mini-spa treatment for me being a mom of a baby, who doesnt get that time to myself.

Great experience. The office is easy to find, plenty of parking. Minimal wait time. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and waited less than 5 minutes. Dr. Lee made me feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and recommended ways to keep my teeth healthy to avoid dental problems in the future. Marie did my cleaning. She was gentle, and my teeth felt nice and clean afterwards. I also like having the option of getting appointment reminders by text, very convenient.

I posted a glowing review for Dr. Lee on YELP. I love his services and followed Dr. Lee from San Diego county to Orange County. I am very upset with his office manager and miss his old manager who always knew the benefits and worked with patients to meet their needs.I was never told that DR. Lee is out of network for my PPO dental insurance. Every time I visited his office ( X-rays and cleaning only) I asked if there were any charges I needed to cover -I was told that everything was covered. After initial exam and cleaning I owed them almost $400 with a PPO insurance. I paid out of respect for Dr. Lee but will not return to this office. My husband ended up with a bill of over $1000 for two fillings and cleaning. All of this with the same PPO insurance. When I called the insurance provider I was told that some services needed to be done on different days to be covered and that the office should have known that if they accepted this insurance.I spoke with the office manager on several occasions but am unsure if this situation was explained to Dr. Lee. I doubt it.
