My experience with Dr. Manesh and all the staff at Mission Dental Implant Center has been excellent. I had three root canal teeth with pockets of infection at their root that had to be removed and replaced. So my choice was to get three dental implants. It required dental surgery to place bone grafts on my jaw to hold the implant posts. This implant surgery requires skill and time for the bone implants to bind and for the posts to fit into the jawbone. Im about 3/4 of the way through this process and Dr. Manesh and his staff have been very thorough at each step of the way. Im grateful for their knowledge of the entire implant process where substantial bone grafts are involved and I appreciate their taking time for the bone grafts and the implant posts to fully bond. I would recommend them highly for anyone needing dental implants.

Dr. Manesh is known as one of the best and most experienced implant specialists in Southern California. His pristine office, with its state-of-art equipment and attentive staff, is one of the nicest facilities I have been in. Manesh himself exudes a well-deserved confidence to his patients, making the whole experience thankfully satisfying. I have trusted him on multiple procedures to do the job right, and I have always been very pleased with the results. For serious work, I would not use anyone else.

I had an implant from an other dental professional. It came loose and was in bad shape. I came to see Dr. MANESH. His knowledge, approach and use of technology made me feel better at the beginning. The staff helped me feel very comfortable during the surgery. It was a long surgery but 24 hours later it is going well and I only had to take 1 pain pill. I will have to update my review after the procedure is completed but the Dr. & staff did a wonderful job with my terribly difficult problem.Update after procedures...everything is going well. Dr. Manesh is Number One (1) and is easily the best doctor I have seen. Why do I say that? Because he knows what he is doing and is very particular about the work he does in your mouth.Dr. Manesh placed my implants for me. Once starting the procedure and making the incision in my gum he found extensive damage that had been done to my gums and underneath by a root canal I had about a year prior. He scraped and cleaned out the damage before placing the implant. I was impressed. After the implants were placed, I have never had a problem with them. I had post-op follow up care appointments with Dr. Manesh. The first one was about two weeks after the surgery, then every few months for a short while to make sure I was healing correctly. No going back for any kind of correction on implant placement or complications caused by the implant surgery. I followed Dr Maneshs care guidelines. Things are going quite well.The implants Dr Manesh used (Z System) are just like my own teeth.I highly recommend Dr Manesh. He is professional, has oustanding knowledgeable of his work and executes it excellently. He is friendly, nice and has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Manesh and the entire staff at Mission Dental Implant Center have been nothing short of amazing. I have HUGE anxiety issues when it comes to any dental work, but Dr. Manesh and his team have continuously been patient and caring with me. I’ve gone to an absurd number of dentists for various work such as root canals and when I knocked out my front tooth (I have bad luck when it comes to my teeth). I’m currently finishing up my first implant with them and plan on going back for any future dental work needs. Their prices may seem a little steep but you undoubtedly get what you pay for. What a fantastic lecture by Dr. Al Manesh yesterday evening at MCGAAN postgraduate school of dentistry in Aliso Viejo . The subject of the lecture was vertical bone augumentation . Dr Manesh was an extremely helpful discussion leader. . He was very organized during the lecture, and was able to answer a variety of different questions that showed his deep knowledge of the subject. His explanations were adopted to the level of dentists attended, and he didnt hesitate to repeat or rephrase them.

I have been to mission dental implant for the past few years. I keep coming for more implants . Doctor Manesh is an implant specialist, he is the best I have been to since I have done so much work on my teeth.. I just had my 4th implant yesterday and again I’m not in pain, never needed pain medicine with him working on my teeth. I’m taking antibiotics to prevent infection. He is confident and thorough, does an amazing job every time. I think he Perfected implants since my experience with him has been implants. He used plasma too to heal and strengthen the bones in addition to best quality implants. I’m very happy, if you are in doubt, let me tell you I have consulted 7 doctors before I got my first implant and I’m so glad doctor manesh was the perfect pick. Good luck

My primary holistic dentist was not capable of performing vertical bone augmentation due to major bone loss in the molar region. Another oral surgeon basically said not to waste my time. So the search went on for another opinion. Had called around quite a bit and what immediately drew me to Mission Dental Implant Center was their straightforward cut & dry transparency. Also, wanted a periodontist who was holistic oriented. Dr. Manesh was able to perform a specific type of bone grafting with a high success rate. He was very patient, knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time showing me other similar procedures he had performed. His confidence put me at ease. In another six months I will hopefully have three new zirconia implants and crowns. A bit of a long drive from Los Angeles, yet well worth it.

I visited Mission Dental after conducting research to find a quality, highly rated periodontist. Initially I came in for a consult for the pinhole treatment for my gum recession (due to overbrushing, genetics and braces). The Dr. informed me that recession in one quadrant (lower right) of my mouth was very advanced and he recommended I do the gum graft for one quadrant and pinhole for the other treatable teeth. Im delighted that he was an above board doctor who recommended I treat my recession in two ways to ensure the highest rate of success. I also requested that my surgery take place a couple weeks sooner because I could tell my recession was getting worse. He accommodated my request and Im so pleased he did. I couldnt have envisioned my gum graft experience to go smoother than it did. Dr. Manesh is undoubtedly a beacon of light - he earns my highest recommendation. I came in to see Dr. Manesh close to 3 months ago for a consultation after reading all the great reviews. I really like the idea of ceramic implants rather than titanium. Dr. Manesh is a caring doctor with great expertises in his field. I have to get 2 bone grafts and implants, one of each side of the mouth so doctor recommended that I should do them one by one so at least I have one good side to eat while the other is healing. I did my right side graft 1 week after consultation and finally did my left side yesterday. The whole experience is definitely scary but having an excellent doctor like him does help ease the fear. As I was laying on the surgery chair, I was so glad I chose him. Personally, I dont think the process is simple at all, it requires a lot of experiences. He drew my blood and centrifuged to use at the grafting site. He cut and collected bone from one site in my jaw and placed at the implant site then sew everything up. Theres absolutely no pain but you can hear the scraping and feel the pressure. These are the moments that Im so happy went with an experienced doctor.The hard parts are over, now Im just waiting for the bone graft sites to heal to place the ceramic implants and crowns in. The last one healed really well, I didnt have any problem at all. I was a little swollen for about a week. This one should be easier because I know exactly what to expect.Dont hesitate to see Dr. Manesh for a consultation if you are looking for a great periodontist. All of his staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful. Its hard to find a caring office like that.

I am in dental field myself and was introduced to this dentist few years ago. Dr. Al manesh saw me for an emergency then and I have been a loyal patient of him since then. He is up front with his treatment plan and always explains things in a simple way so even I could understand them. Both myself and my wife are now happy patients of this practice . They are speially good with dental implants in the Mission Viejo office and use both ceramic and normal titanium implants . We have both types in our mouth and never had any trouble with them . I found this Ceramic Implant Dentist in Mission Viejo by chance when I took my cousin for a 5 unit Implant and adding bone to his upper jaw . We did not know that this dentist was one of the few gum specialists in Orange County that can perform these types of Implants. upon examination, Dr. Al Manesh gave us a choice of titanium or Zirconia Implants and explained that the ceramic Zirconia Implant screws are one piece units, meaning the crown part later would be much easier and no chance of the crown abutment to become loose. Two of the implants were in the front so we decided to use the non metal ceramic implants so there is no chance of metal showing through his gums.The operation for 4 implants and adding bone took nearly 2 hours and my cousin could fly back to Texas few days later. A few months has passed now and he is getting ready for the crown part of the procedure. We were happy with the office and drs attitude towards us and recommend this dentist to any one wanting zirconia implants .

Dr. Manesh gave me an exceptional treatment regarding removal and cleaning of infection around implant #3.I was not aware how bad infection was and that it has spread to the sinus. Because of my other health issue (I was recently exposed to a lot of CT scans radiations), I was reluctant and did not want to have a CT scan of my teeth. Later on, it turned out that it was more than needed.Despite of that, Dr. Manesh was very patient and accepted my concerns, but that made his work much more difficult and complicated. Fortunately, thanks to Dr. Maneshs high expertise and professionalism, he completed this complicated and challenging surgical operation more than successfully. In addition, I will never forget that Dr. Manesh made an additional effort, with no charge, and injected a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to help healing of that area.When I got home, I followed all instructions and bleeding was almost gone i a couple of hours and did not have any swelling nor pain. Next day, everything was like I never had that serious surgery. Based on the experience that I had with previous tooth extractions at other dentists offices, Dr. Maneshs work looked like a miracle.I will definitely recommend Dr. Manesh and his office to all my friends.

I went to see Dr. Manesh for a tooth that needed to be extracted and replaced with an implant. I was very nervous and skeptical of the outcome due to the fact that it was one of my front upper teeth. I didnt want a bridge and wasnt sure how an implant would look in place of my natural tooth. Dr. Manesh explained to me in great detail the the treatment process, surgical procedure and the type of implant that would be my best option to replace my soon to be missing front tooth. I started researching Ceramic implants in 2009 and found a dentist in Spain that placed CeraRoot Zirconium Oxide implants. I traveled to Spain and had three implants placed.
