I dropped off my wedding dress to be taken in a few weeks ago. I just went in to pick it up and it fits perfect. They did an amazing job. I am so pleases.

Ruined about $200 of clothing, denied it was their fault and refused to give me a refund.Initially offered to refund the entire cost of the shirts themselves if I could show a receipt, but quickly changed their mind when I pulled out the receipt.I will never come back here; dont trust them with your clothes.

I come here for everything; hemming, alterations, Halloween costume. My bridesmaid waited to get her dress to late and they only had one of a much larger size. She came to Portola Tailor and they completely remade the dress for her. They are really great. I made the mistake one time of going somewhere else and it was awful. I only go here now.
