The team is always welcoming and remembers who I am upon arrival. I applaud the team and management on their responsiveness when there’s the slightest issue. I brought in my dress shirts to be laundered last Saturday. The woman (I do not know her name) told me that they would be ready on the following Wednesday. She was very professional and personable, by the way. She set reasonable expectations, and I had no issue with that.I received a text message (nice touch) that my dress shirts were ready on Monday. I love businesses that underpromise and overdeliver. I picked up my shirts the next day, and the gentleman that assisted me was also very professional and personable. The new ownership and people working there are doing a great job. Thank you for great service!

Good service, but we found them overpriced by about 30%. Shirts and pants were ok, but a comforter we had cleaned was 30% more than anyone else. We didnt get the price for it until we picked it up, so our fault for not asking, first.

I had them made some alterations for 6 pieces of drapes. They were ready in 2 days and everything went well. They even delivered the drapes to my house free of charge. The staff were all amazing. I absolutely will go back to them for any dry cleaning or alteration services.My first visit was for some alteration for 6 drapes as i mentioned and they costed me $20 for each one which was a great price ofcourse! In my second visit, i brought 2 cotton pants for alteration and they costed me $30 for each pant which i bought them with $15 each!! That was expensive.

Great for both cleaning and tailoring. The prices are fair and I feel like they give real expectations about what can or cannot be cleaned/fixed. They tailored my suit for a wedding and it looked great!

If I could give less than one star I would. I was recommended to come here for my wedding dress alterations. Has good reviews so I figured it would be no problem. We got the dress altered and I took it home. After I brought it home, I noticed by one of the straps that we had added on, there was blood. Rodrigo who altered my dress must have pricked himself while adding the straps on. He didn’t own up to it and left me to discover it at home. They are also a cleaners so he had the means to remove it, but didn’t. We later talked on the phone and he had the audacity to say it was not his blood and it must have already been there when I purchased the dress. I purchased the dress brand new, ordered and everything. The only time I tried on the dress was while having it altered. Now, there’s blood on my wedding dress which is disgusting. And I’ve paid a small fortune for this dress, and Rodrigo doesn’t even have the decency to own up to his mistake. DO NOT COME HERE. They just want money and don’t care about the happiness of their customers. I am truly appalled.*** Since I cant reply to the response nor write another review, I figured Id write it here***Hi,Yes, I would hope that delivering exceptional customer experiences would be your goal and its unfortunate that that was not the case for me.It is not uncommon to romanticize the past, however, my experiences were not quite as rosy as youre painting them. There were multiple instances in which I had to argue with Rodrigo to correct or alter certain aspects of the dress - most notably the straps you mentioned. Having a tailor tell me, as the bride, that his work is good enough or that its hardly noticeable is not exactly what I should be hearing in the days leading up to my wedding.As the dress came directly from the dressmaker and wrapped in plastic mind you, Rodrigos assertions that the blood was there when he got it are not only untrue but just plain ridiculous. Additionally, the not insignificant amount of blood was exactly where he had been adding the straps. What I do know, is that the blood was not there during any of the initial fittings (as you mentioned, there were multiple).In terms of how I handled the situation, Judy at the dress shop had been our primary point of contact, and thank goodness. When I raised the issue with Judy, she was quick to offer solutions to ensure that this did not ruin my wedding day. In contrast, when Rodrigo called me to discuss the incident, he was rude and accusatory. To your point about why I didnt take you up on your offer to fix the issue, Im sure you can understand that given the situation I had zero faith in your ability to do the work well, let alone being capable of fixing anything. I was afraid that it would be made worse or the dress would be completely ruined beyond repair.I find the comment about payment hardly worthy of addressing - the matter of payment was between you and Judy. If she decided not to pay you after the shoddy work and belligerent handling of the situation, that was her prerogative and, I think, completely justified.I am disappointed by your response to this issue. I do hope that anyone looking to come here for alterations, particularly for their wedding dress, will think twice.

Been going to this place since June of last year. Before coming here, I had tried multiple cleaners in the area before deciding on this one. What drew me to this place was the staff. Theyre friendly, personable, and honest. They went the extra mile to help me out.I usually drop my clothes off in the evening after work. One night, I forgot my phone in one of my coat pockets that I had dropped off. I was freaking out looking all over the place for my phone. I was traveling the next morning, so I really needed it for my trip. Luckily my wife comes here as well for cleaning, so they have her # on file. They called my wife letting her know that they had found my phone in one of pockets. Even though it was 7:45pm (they close at 7pm), they told us that they would wait around until we got there since they knew I needed it for my trip. For that reason alone, they got a customer for life!

I had to travel to California for a cousins wedding and realized my suit wasnt up to snuff for the wedding. I didnt think I would be able to get it cleaned on time but the folks at Crown Valley Cleaners took care of me right away and did a great job. The suit hasnt looked that good in a while.
