I have used the Enterprise, Mission Viejo location on Via Fabricante for numerous years now! I have always been above and beyond satisfied with their customer service and rental choices. Not once, have I ever had an issue. The entire process from picking up to dropping off has been a breeze.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to pick us up and drop us off.

The Lake Forest facility was the nicest and most courteous rental agency Ive experienced in some time. Weve rented from Enterprise for years, usually from Laguna Nigel. But the service I had from them, in particular Mike, was the worst weve ever been treated as customers. He gave little or no effort to accommodate us, and when I asked, Why am I even an Enterprise member? To which he replied smugly, I DONT KNOW Worst customer service attitude ever. Lake Forest gets 5⭐ Laguna Nigel gets ZERO

Thank you for the great service ! I reserved an advertised SUV on the Enterprise web site with 2 weeks notice for a specific car. Although I was told that the vehicle is hard to get at this time. I felt the effort to satisfy my request was honest. Sure enough when the day arrived, the car I requested was not available. However they upgraded me to a like car but in a more expensive vehicle group. This made our road trip better! Thank you again Enterprise ! Well done!

I have rented from Enterprise several times in the past few years. Tauren is fantastic, extremely kind, and professional! They have always tried to do their best to accommodate me on the size of the vehicle Ive requested. There was a bit of a mix up regarding pricing, however, the Asst. Mgr. Kaylynn was genuinely concerned and rectified the issue.

Kaelyn and Eric did a great job again today 12/24/2020 getting me on the road!The team at this location know how to take top-notch care of their customers. I just rented a red Dodge ram from them and turned it in today, both on the checkout and when I returned it today the team took exquisite care of me! I wish I had asked people for their names so I could add them to this review since they did such a great job, but I was exhausted after a long day of 10 hours driving. I was recently referred to Enterprise from my insurance company due to a claim. I went to the Mission Viejo location with my reservation code. The person that greeted me was nice. They got a car for me from the lot and we inspected it for damage. My problem is that they left me with a car with less than 1/8 of a tank of fuel. This vehicle was clearly not ready for rental. I made the effort of going to your business to pick up a car and you send me out with a car that is running on fumes. This is especially disturbing since you charge the difference for fuel. It will almost be impossible to bring it back with less fuel, Id have to have it towed. What a scam by a multi million dollar company to squeeze their customers for a few dollars worth of fuel. Shame on you!

Reservations and Pick-up (5:00-5:15 p.m)was scheduled a week ahead. Enterprise showed up at 5:45ish after I called them. The rental wasnt ready so we had to wait. Didnt leave until 6:29 p.m from enterprise. This happened after I agreed to a 5:00 pick-up when I needed a 3p.m. I had to rearranged my schedules and others Twice. I asked if I can have a late time for the return. I was Told No.

Really friendly staff, very fast and efficient, got a car I liked, while my car was in the shop just a couple doors down the street. When I needed the car a couple extra days, I just simply called in to give them a heads-up and they were like, no problem. Also offered a great discount from the automotive center right down the street. Just had to ask. Every little bit helps when youre getting your car repaired, so I appreciated that immensely.

If I could go backwards, I would probably push. Five stars because my last trip there was made so pleasant and memorable. Because it was a slight mishap as I rolled down the window to wave to the person. Who rented me the car? The rubber around the window fell . At that point, Id let the person know that I did not have time to stay and switch to another vehicle came back the next day. Boy, oh boy. Did they treat me like a king. They made up for the mishap upgraded the car. And I even got one of the days for free. Im looking forward to my next time visiting there because during my trip I was able to use a car that I normally would not and now I think I might buy one like that.

Eric. the manager reported my rental stolen to the OC Sheriffs Department when I returned it on-time. He hung up on me when I called him and said I lectured him. It is a criminal act for him to falsely report I stole an Enterprise vehicle and refuses to make it right. Enterprise is a criminal organization, and Eric the willing and complicit employee. Regional manager also will not return emails and they have sent me a $3,200 bill for electrical damage to the new defective vehicle they supplied me. Signing a contract with Enterprise was one of the worst mistakes of my life. I will walk before ever renting from Enterprise again.

Horrible service. My sons car was totaled and I was forced to rent a car. This Enterprise was right around corner from the Collision shop, so I rented a car. It was pouring rain that day, so we rushed through checking out the car. I pointed out some scratches and dents on bumper, but guy said they needed to golf ball size and 1/2 inch deep. I should have listened to my gut, but we were getting soaked in the rain. Needless to say, when I took car back, the small dent on bumper is now my responsibility. I didnt hit anything and honestly you cannot even see it, unless you really look. It is NOT golf ball size, nor is it deep. It is sad, I dont rent cars too much, but when I do, I have always used Enterprise. I have been looking online and have came across many, many forums dealing with Enterprise and their practice of ripping off consumers by rushing them through check out and then charging them for damages that were not done by them. I will never rent from Enterprise again.

Eric the assistant manager at Mission Viejo came through for me to locate an 8-passenger extended SUV on the Saturday before my Monday AM pick-up. Despite the reservation having been made more than 2 months prior, This despite my learning the Friday before that my vehicle was not available even though I had received assurances from the other assistant manager that she would take care of this at the time of the reservation.So 5 stars for Eric and zero for the other, for an average of 3 stars.

I guess average is best I can rate. I do not like the hard sell of additional coverage. The staff obviously has canned replies and I do not care for it. I suspect they have KPIs and offer bonuses or similar to their employees. The staff was friendly, but we should all expect that, they are selling us something. The vehicle I rented was not cleaned well, you could barely see out the windshield. I asked for it to be cleaned, they drove the car to a wash bay, sprayed it down with water, then sprayed a chemical, wiped it down, and gave me the car......it was still horrible. I drove home and cleaned it myself with good old fashioned glass cleaner and a paper towel. Simple solution to a simple problem. Instead, Enterprise used a gallon of sprayed water, chemicals, and 10 minutes at least of labor for something that should have taken 3 minutes. Im not positive Id use Enterprise on my own, this time it was through an insurance claim. I really would expect much much more for my money.

Ive visited this location quite a few times over the last year. They are always busy yet their service remains top notch. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They dont run out of cars and the cars are always ready to go. They even called my insurance company to see what kind coverage I had for rentals.Two thumbs up!

Rented a car during the time my own car was being repaired. Enterprise gave me a choice of vehicles, i picked Ford Mustang, really fun car to drive. No high pressures no hassles no long waits. They did their job efficiently. After the rental, I had forgotten something in the vehicle, but the staff was cooperative and helped me retrieve it once the next renter came back with the car. Well done and very professional!

Terrible experience! Reserved an economy car, was given a huge gas guzzling V8 SUV cause that was literally the only car on the lot. Was told to come by again the next morning and they’d have a replacement. I even called the next morning BEFORE heading over there to confirm they’d have the car, was told they did yet when I showed up - nothing.2 days in a row being late to work dealing with this location.Called corporate office as I was leaving the location at 9am. Said they’d have that location call me immediately with a replacement. Got a call back at 5:10pm. They close at 6pm and there was no way I could drop everything and rush over there so I’m still in this giant SUV.Worst experience I’ve ever had and I will NEVER come back to this location. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I rent for work, a out 40 weeks per year. Always great service from a great team. Summer pricing is a bit high but they are always dependable and have clean, safe vehicles.

We always rent from Enterprise as they are a good company. Customer service is great. The only problem I have is that for the last couple of times we rented from them, the cars were not clean. This is keeping me from giving 5 stars. Cars should be clean on the inside and out. There were stains on the steering wheel and other areas of the vehicle. Other than that, as I mentioned above....service was great!

It is the customer service at THIS BRANCH that makes every experience so great. I have been renting from Enterprise for 16 years on about a monthly basis and I have had not-so-great experiences with customer service representatives at other branches. Everyone at the Via Fabricante branch is friendly and helpful and they want to make sure customers know that they are important to them. They do their best to accommodate as best they can on any given day.

I have rented vehicles from Enterprise for nearly 20 years. I have never had an issue arise. Employees are top notch.

Online said they have economy cars, but then you show up they dont and Guage you for a higher price option.

Eric also hung up on me like he did to Tam. Enterprise also claimed I stole a car that I returned then charged me for damage I never committed. The regional manager Darrin would not talk or return my emails. I will also report to the police. Enterprise are criminals, I agree with Tam. Is there a class actions lawsuit against Enterprise for this criminal conduct?

Easy to find via Google Maps. The person who helped us was very courteous. The car was washed and clean but unfortunately not dried. The same guy went above and beyond my experience with Hertz of Dana point to explain the features and functions of the vehicle we were renting.

Overwhelming nice. I was being treated like a visiting dignitary. One of the few times I actually got a tour of the car.

This was a total waste of a trip they confirm me they booked me and as soon as I got there they denied me I took an Uber to get to this location I ended up having to pay for Yellow Cab to take me back because my phone died I had everything from the DMV however they still denied it and said that they cannot get me a card I would not recommend this location to anybody their customer service and service was so poor my children n i were forced to sit outside n wait for a cab to come get us. I have my emaip of confirmation as well poor service extremely disappointed

My experience with Enterprise has always been the best, as they are a leader among the car renting industry I always rent from Enterprise. The service is always exceptional in most branches but the mission Viejo office staff are dynamic young, friendly and helpful. Not only do I get the car quickly, but when I need a ride they are always a fun and pleasant experience. Ive never had to wait for the ride or pick up. Communication is always timely, friendly and unobtrusive, I drop off the car at LAX and the staff at the airport were great as well, Enterprise always hire great people with great personalities and that is what my type of company, a brand that I had been following since 25 years and over 3000 rentals, great company and people..

Great service. They picked me up, gave me a good upgrade and made sure I was satisfied when I returned the car.

The car I rented was covered by my insurance company. Car was clean and in good shape. They had my reservation ready when I arrived and it only took a few minutes to be in the car and on my way.The only down side is that they strongly push the insurance. They push it so hard that it is obvious the employees must get a commission for selling the unneeded insurance. The cost for the insurance is ridiculously expensive. It comes out to over $500 a month if you were to purchase it. They try to tell you you need the insurance or must have it. Actually your own insurance covers you and you never need to purchase rental car insurance. The employee who I worked with even said if I purchased the insurance he would only charge me for two days but would cover me for a week because he knows money is tight. Insurance is a scam and not at all needed if you have your own policy. I felt this was very unprofessional for Enterprise to try and guilt someone into purchasing their insurance.

Rented a car through Geico ARX. Explained I wanted vehicle with rate within my $50/day policy including taxes. Sent rental agreement with Time/Distance rate of $43.58 and when I returned car rate had been adjusted to $46.50. Called manager to see what had happened and ask why my rate had changed without speaking to me. Managers handling of the situation made me feel like he didnt want to be bothered, and left me completely dissatisfied. He told me I would be receiving a refund for the taxes I was charged, but yet to see that on credit card.

Quick service

The process of picking up the car was surprisingly painless which I felt was odd. What makes this review two stars is the fact we were told our balance was only 500 on the phone and when I returned the car it was actually 1300 due to the insurance coverage which they didnt care to mention when asking for additional deposits. Very unprofessional in my opinion because I now have to move money around to avoid interest charges on my card.

Ive rented from this Enterprise location three times and each time have experienced excellent customer service. The employees are all professional and friendly and their fleet of cars is excellent. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. Car was booked 2 weeks in advance, arrived at my pickup time and the car was not ready. Booked a premium car the only thing they had available was a Volvo that looked like its been to hell and back. Scratches everywhere, missing body parts and the inside was filthy. I was promised that the car would be detailed and ready in about 30 min. I took the car and proceeded on our trip. About 2 hours threw our ride the deodorizer wore off and the car stunk like cigarette smoke. My wife dropped her phone between the seats as she reached to grab it, she pules out not the phone but a box of cigarettes. We looked under the seat and what we saw was disgusting. There were cigarette butts, burned matches, sun flower seed shells and trash lettering the floor. I contacted customer support and was instructed to return the car back and they would swap it out for another. I explained that I am unable to do this and was half way to San Fransisco by this time. They told to take take it to the nearest Enterprise office and they would swap it out for me. Well we called about a dozen offices including the airport and no one wanted anything to do with that car. We were told again and again to take it back where we rented. Needless to say we ended up taking the car to a car wash and had it cleaned. I will do everything in my power to never use Enterprise again.
