I am a new member, only been 3 weeks and I love it! The energy, the coaches, the community is amazing! I enjoy the classes, the workouts are not the same everyday so you really workout every part of the body. 100% recommended!

F45 training Miramar has been a really nice experiences for me the type of training and the trainer are the best. I saw result within the first week. Trainer are experienced and they make sure you train hard and safely. I recommend this place 100%

Workouts are intense. They mixed different routines, so the results are great.

Location is easy to get to! Trainers are some of the best and they are always checking up on you. You must give them a try.. you wont regret it.

F45 Miramar is a great fitness experience. I really enjoy the atmosphere and how quick the workouts are so you don’t have to spend two hours at the gym. I went in for a week trial and already signed up to go regularly. Everyone should check it out and take the trail week, it is very enjoyable!

I enjoy my workouts at 6am! The trainers are amazing, the music, the motivation... cant wait for the gym to go back to its full circuit mode to make it more interactive... but all in all love it!

Great place to work out! This place has it all cardio & resistance training in an atmosphere that never gets dull. In 45 minutes you great a whole body workout. The coaches and music are great. The best workout/exercise experience I have gone through! Give it a try!

They have an excellent facility as well as workout equipment. F45 Miramar is truly a community where all the trainers and members know you and encourage you to meet your fitness goals.

Been working out here for about two months now. Excellent facility with an even better staff who keep the workouts fun and engaging while making you feel right at home. Havent had this much fun exercising in years!
