FedEx has made a huge improvement in their customer service in Minot! Living here the past 16 years you often had to wait all day long for package delivery, and if you missed the driver, or wanted to have the package held at the FedEx location for pickup, their office wasnt even open until early evening around 5:00pm to go pick up your package and all the way next to the airport. Now, you can arrange to have your package drop shipped at one of the new Dollar General Stores in town. Today my package was delivered before noon and I got to go pick it up right at the register by showing my ID! Huge improvement, so big thanks to FedEx AND Dollar General for providing a great service to our community. I also dropped almost a hundred dollars shopping there with their great online coupon deals. So win win win all the way round!

In the store was awesome. Outside the store( Dollar General) there was no signage telling me that they were a FedEx drop off! So Dollar General yall!
