Instead of taking my package back to a FedEx facility to try redelivery or put on hold for me to pick up, its getting returned to the sender. They tried delivering it to my PO box, since I live on a street that isnt allowed a mail box or package delivery and since the post office wasnt open they just returned to sender.

Not the FedEx I remember growing up. Whatever happened to friendly customer service with a smile. But to be fair my package arrived on time as expected but I suppose USPS does the same thing these days with a money back guarantee.

Today I happened to be home when a driver came with a package. I watched him hop out of his truck, scan my package and drop it OVER my fence/gate right along a busy sidewalk instead of opening the gate and at least putting it outside the front door a bit further from the street. As a result of the drop delivery, the box broke open as well! He didnt even try to actually deliver it to anyone at all...you know by ringing the doorbell and then leaving it outside. Terrible service with absolutely NO regard for a customer package. A formal complaint was filed.

I had a live reptile shipped through FedEx and am pleased to be able to post here that all went well. And was also treated well by the lady working today at the FedEx.

Came to get my package they do not seem to have the ability to deliver. Now I have directions to choice hotels. Thanks for being not only unhelpful but for charging me money to waste my time.

So they are closed Saturdays (thats new) and yet their are people here and trucks driving people loading the trucks etc... So you cant toss mine in for some reason? Cause youre closed..

Called last Friday to see if I could have a package deliver there and put on hold until my husband would be in Minot. Stephanie, the girl I talked to said yes I could and that they would hold it for 5 days. Well, the package was delivered today and they refused it so now its on its way back to the shipper....Not really impress

Fedex is by far the worst. Horrible customer service. They will not have a package held at facility for me so I can pick it up after work. They think people dont have jobs and cannot be at home to sign for packages.

Location is next to Air Traffic control tower, Airport Rd. splits off to the East and the FedEx location is down that road.
