They are junk and cant ever get a delivery right to my hose. FedEx never has a problem and I get my mail everyday from the postal service. But UPS forgot about it. Your on the phone trying to figure out where your package is. Then you have to go pick it up.
They told me to come get a package and then proceeded to tell me I can’t have my package until 530 why tell me to come in the morning then. Special people who work here
This morning a ups driver buzzed my door and I unlocked it and let him in.. but he never came upstairs. I got an email only a few minutes later that the package was at the ups store because when they got here “no one was home” I literally unlocked the door for him seconds after he buzzed it. I walked down to see if whoever buzzed my door was there, but there was just a sticker on my mail box that said my package was at the ups store and that it could be delivered on the next delivery day. (The note also mentioned that I had to be 21 to sign for my package, this is my own apartment and I’m 19 but I digress) It didn’t specify which store I was supposed to pick it up from. I went to the one on broadway and they didn’t have it. I drove to this location and realized that the store is only open 5:30 - 6:00, at this time it was around 3:30. I wanted to call to make sure that they had my package because I didn’t want to take the 20 minute drive again if I didn’t know for sure. The only person I could talk to on the phone was a robot, but they did explain to me that the package was there. They even told me that they had tried to deliver it to me today but that no one was home. They gave me the exact time and date so that’s how I knew for sure it was the ups guy at my door this morning. I had to wait until they opened to call and by the time I got my answer I wouldn’t be able to make it on time. It’s Friday so I won’t be able to pick it up tomorrow or the next day because they will be closed. The question is... when I open the door for the delivery driver the second time are they actually going to come in this time? Judging by the rest of these reviews I’m not so sure. I get that I could just come and get the package on Monday if it isn’t at my door this time, but that kind of defeats the purpose of getting something delivered.

Drive choose to leave a note on my door at 938pm when I was home and expecting packages with parishable items it rather than leaving it in the apt mail room or texting me via their delivery notification process. Why did I even sign up and register for that if you were just going to continue to leave me notes and make me go pick up my own packages. Poor poor customer service had to get refunded for spoil meat. Will use fedex in the future
This company is horrible good luck trying to get ahold of a real person that speaks fluent English for customer service. Also why is this store only open for 30 min a day.

First the driver keeps leaving the package at an office in town even though the package is addressed to my house. I no longer work there and he stillleaves the package there. Then he leaves it at the end of my road (2 miles from my house). Now a package I ordered Tuesday 2nd day air, was supposed to arrive Wednesday - did not, Thursday - said in route but when I called customer service at 10pm they said sorry, it was forgotten at the shipping center by mistake, you will get it Friday.
Lived at same location for 8 years and always had package left at door. Now I have to go to UPS for some reason. Love these stealth drivers that dont even knock once, just left a sticker and sneak away. I heard the truck and didnt think I had to run them down, figured they would leave at door as usual. Fun times.update for the following day. went on website and changed to access point pickup. the UPS store, the one at marketplace plaza, is an access point. Service at the store for this issue was amazing. everyone use this location as access point instead of the 30 min location.
I dont normally write negative reviews for businesses. This review is being written in hopes that this facility who is responsible for many packages will clean up shop. They need to either higher responsible hard working individuals or simply do a better job with handling products.If a package was delivered you must per protocol deliver it to the office if no apt number was listed or if apartment number was listed it should be at the customers door step.I myself have found multiple packages stating DELIVERED AT CUSTOMERS DOORSTEP when in fact it was not.If your UPS employees are out delivering late evenings, it is no excuse not to get the job done and tossing packages out in the hallways by main entrances and/or elevators. THIS IS HOW PACKAGES GET STOLEN. I dont understand how even the information listed when we receive package notification saying left at door step can be false!This is an attempt for Mgmt to foresee how poorly the facility as a team is functioning. I have contact the facility and have submitted a formal complaint. If i dont receive a call back or emailed, I will be contacting and going through the chain of command.This obviously was not my first encounter with such a disservice. I surely have had enough.
Well ordered monitors from Best Buy got to Minot on the same day, they were set for delivery at the same time and ups decided it made sense to put packages that go the same house on separate trucks? And then only one got delivered? Now I got to wait till Monday to get my second monitor.. it honestly just makes no sense to me.
The staff at the customer center are polite and helpful. Odd hours, but it is mainly a distribution center focused on loading their trucks.
My experiences with our local UPS delivery people: told me I could come pick up my order until I let them know I would file a complaint with the sender, threw my belt/disc sander off the truck at the back of my driveway damaging it, delivered my neighbors items to my doorstep 3 times in a year, consistently fail to deliver my orders as scheduled. Their disregard for customer satisfaction has been consistent for the 17 years I’ve had to deal with them

Received an email and Amazon alert stating that my package had been attempted for delivery. I was home all day. Not one knock on my door. I was in the same room as my front door when delivery was supposedly attempted. To rub salt into the wound, Costumer Service is only open 30 minutes a day!
Decided they were just going to hold my package there, didnt call me or let me know it would be there. Customer service was absolutely no help. Now.i get to drive an hour to pick it up because of incompetent workers. Fantastic. I wish I could rate this lower.
Amazon shipped me a package through them. They attempted to deliverwith no message saying so multiple times, refused to have it even brought to a store within 4 hours of my address so I could pick it up. When I told them I wanted it to be delivered again, didnt attempt to despite telling me multiple times Id have it by a certain day. Told me that I wasnt available to deliver it to because I wasnt home on days I didnt leave the apartment. Finally reordered through Amazon asking for it to be delivered through a different company.Different company had the book to me in 2 days. Meanwhile I get a call telling me that if I dont drive 4 hours to a ups out of town to pick up package then theyll send it to the original sender, Amazon. I tell them its been reordered and that the order was canceled.They demand I come get the package.I tell them I already missed half the classs readings from the book, ordered the same book to be shipped through FedEx and got the book and dont give a flying f*** what you do with the book. Then she said I needed to come get the package to which I responded, I am not driving four hours to get a book that FedEx already shipped me and its not worth my time or money in gas to do so. She demands I come get the book again. I reply with Im not coming to get the book. You can have it. Thank you for wasting my time and interrupting my class. Good bye.Got the book the next day. It was left when I wasnt home which they told me multiple times they couldnt do, took a month to ship it in 2days. Terrible customer service reps kept blaming amazon, package has shipping labels from a month ago when it was originally shipped. Then didnt send it to sender when they threatened to.Summary.Paid for 2 day shipping. Got month long shipping blamed on Amazon. Was lied to by numerous customer service reps. Threatened me. Told me it needed to be picked up four hours away. Told me it would go back to sender and finally got it the next day, a month late.
No matter where my package is coming from or how long the estimated arrival UPS is ALWAYS late. Thats not an exaggeration at all. UPS is by far the WORST package delivery service!! You get no apologies no compensation, nothing. Just expect us to deal with it. For the life of me I can not imagine why anyone, company or not, willfully uses this company for any of their services. Been waiting over a week for a package due to constant delays from weather conditions. Didnt seem to delay my roommates package that arrived the day my package was supposed to arrive. Called and specifically asked if I could pick the package up myself and was told no due to bad weather.... didnt think that I would be told that the weather is too much for me to drive myself to pick up my package when Ive been driving every day for the last week and a half.

Delays packages when the weather is perfect outside due to awful management by drivers and staff, loses packages, or doesn’t attempt a delivery. Absolutely worst UPS in the world and needs workers replaced with people who aren’t brain dead.
One star is far too generous. This place is a joke. Not only are they open from 4:30 to 5 and not a moment before, but I applied for a part time job there and their HR people are the LAZIEST I have ever seen. I think I was hired but aside from somewhat of an orientation, I never heard anything from them, even after multiple calls. I then took a different part time job and I couldnt get a hold of anyone to even turn down the job. This place is a joke and I make sure to let anyone know not to send things via UPS.

Been meaning to write this review for a while. The Minot depot is the most poorly run mismanaged piece of $2#$ business Ive ever seen. I had a critical piece of equipment I had to get out of town, insurance, priority overnight shipping, added up to over 700 bucks in charges. Now this package happened to be high value, which means a UPS employee needs to sign the manifest or your insurance wont apply.The plane leaves Minot around 16:45-17:00 hours, the customer contact center is open from 1730 to 1800.The worthless twits at the 800 number will tell you you can drop your package at the UPS store, however without a REAL UPS employee there, you cant get your manifest signed. (UPS stores are just Mailboxes Etc rebranded)I went to the center, pounded on the back door, and was told to come back later. If I wait till youre open, my 700 dollar priority next day air becomes a 2 day package you jackwagons.I ended up driving around town for 45 minutes until I found one of the drivers in the OfficeMax parking lot, explained my situation and gave the package to him.Not one care was given at the local depot, and the incompetent twits at the call center couldnt / wouldnt do anything. Tried reaching out via Facebook and Twitter and those idiots were no better.
Still having trouble getting packages. My address doesnt come up in their system correctly and nobody seems to be able find out why. Really hope to get this straightened out soon.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Explained to the lady my package showed delivered but I hadnt received it. She verified my address, telling me it was delivered to my back door, I responded saying i dont have a back door that it must have been dropped at the wrong house...her response not our problem, call Amazon have them deal with it I was flabbergasted, I couldnt even respond to her!
The delivery drivers don’t know what a doorbell is and they don’t know how to knock loudly. They just throw the package on the porch and leave. I have a package that was supposed to be picked up yesterday and all the driver did was put the shipping label under the doormat and leave. Driver couldn’t be bothered to ring the bell to get the package. My daughter was home all day, and I just found the label this morning. Horrible customer service and laziness on the part of the driver.

Horrible service. They have lost two of my packages in the same day and a third one hasnt been delivered, because they said there was a problem with my address, which is not wrong. I hate this carrier, I advise not using it, they will drive you nuts!
This place is literally the worst. Despite that they have the WORST hours in the history of places (they are only open for ONE hour to pick up) but their drivers are rude. I had one deliver to my place of business and tell me my address was wrong (its not) and that he has been there multiple times trying to drop the package - after 5 - we are a business that is only open until 5. He just wasnt very nice about it. I will likely be using FedEx A LOT more in the coming weeks and months.
I represent one of the largest businesses in Minot and I urge you to use Speedy, Fedex or the Pony Express to ship your packages. This store has let me down numerous times. Today they failed to deliver an extremely important package that was overnight-ed to the tune of $1,100 freight charged (I didnt know the shipper was using UPS). They said their plane was late and it didnt get into Minot until 8am, after the drivers had already left. I went to pick the package up at the store and they gave me 1 out of 3 and said the other 2 were too hard to get to. They said if I wanted I could pay an up-charge and possibly get a Saturday delivery. That is after over a grand for overnight shipping. I know how important your packages can be to you so again I urge you...Fed-ex or any option other than UPS Minot.
Terrible service. I urge you to never use UPS in Minot. They lost a package for me that cost $200. They also lost another one for $100. If you order on amazon please make sure it is being delivered through Fed Ex otherwise you wont get your package and you will most definitely not get your money back.

Place is an embarasssment to other mail distributing entities such as FedEx, USPS and DHL World. Run from this place like the plague, especially during adverse weather conditions. FedEx and USPS were both out delivering mail while this place decided to halt all mail deliveries. Waited an extra week just to get my stuff delivered to my house in Minot from the UPS warehouse in Minot. Shame!!!

I get the weather happened but when its marked out for delivery and then delayed due to weather Im going to get upset... this place is bullshit. .. they can deliver to surrey Granville and other areas (they drive past my house) but still have no idea where my stuff is at .... one of my packages that I need before Christmas was inMinot then sent back to Bismarck then backto minot aagagin then was delayed because of weather. ... are you kidding me????

I have had the worst experience possible with this exact UPS customers center. Anytime I have a package heading my way that is being shipped by UPS, 1 out of 10 times would it actually make it to my doorstep. Every other time I have to go up to this center and pick it up. Not to mention the most off the wall hours this center has.
Im absolutely disapointed.I sit at home watching a movie amd hear a package thrown at my apartment door.I opened the door and it was the cheesecake on 2 day delivery, thrown upside down at my door.

Ridiculous service! They claimed that they attempted delivery and they never did. I spent the whole day calling and trying to resolve this. So so ridiculous I am so upset.

UPS left two packages in the last two months on my doorstep - when a full garage was right behind them.Needless to say our two dogs got a hold of my packages and spread the contents all over our yard. These were Christmas gifts - and when I called they were less than concerned - if I could give a rating using a negative number I would.Poor customer service!
Been emailed that it was being held at the ups store. Email gave me the wrong store first off then I have to go to this one thats only open 4:30 pm to 5 pm. I couldnt get it when they delivered because work in the evenings and then the store open when I have to go to work. Ridiculous!!
