Great service. I went in for a last minute printing project in the height of graduation completely unaware of the holiday. The women at the printing station helped me out asap and helped me get the prints I needed. They were very professional and super sweet. 10/10 would printing again. Also picked up some cool pens 😊

Standing in line now for 40 minutes waiting to mail a document off. One cashier helping the slowest customers in North dakota. Poor service. Do not recommend this business to anyone with a time deadline

In North Dakota from Virginia, we were in about 2 weeks ago for a short notice print job to have something made for my daughters funeral. Randy at the print counter helped us and he was 100% first class. His service could not be beat from helping me to format the document to what we needed to getting them all printed and cut for us. We could not have been any happier with this store and especially Randy. So, to both the store and to Randy, thank you so much for outstanding customer service!

It’s an inexpensive place to get printing done, including larger formats like blueprints. The turn around time varies a lot. Sometimes it’s an hour and sometimes it’s 2 days. Generally they get things right the first time, but we have had a few times when they’ve had to redo prints 2-3 times to get it right, so check your prints before you leave. Usually, the employees are super friendly and happy to help!

Terrible slow service!! Was in the store for 45 min and was at the register and waiting for the register for 30 min. I didn’t want to give out my email address so she made one up. Not impressed. Pulse the company itself computer system is so slow and outdated.

I appreciated the assistance of the employees and was able to purchase most of what I needed. Dont have any complaints as the staff was very courteous and helpful. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for small office or home office accessories and / or necessities.

I went in there last night to buy a computer that I desperately needed and had priced on previously. Wasnt in stock and got a better deal on a different one. Great store, great service from all.

I have taken several things in the past month to Office Max(print jobs, binding, and laminating). Each time, the order has been messed up. I recently took some vocab index cards in to be laminated and put on a single ring. The laminating is all bunched up and the ring doesnt latch so I had to tape it. They didnt charge for the job, and told my husband he could bring another set of cards in and they would laminate those, but I have to buy the book to get the cards( they came from a history book I bought to homeschool my daughter). Since Staples closed Im unaware of any other place to take my stuff in Minot, but at this point I would rather pay money out of my own pocket to do it all myself. Not to mention the customer service is not the greatest.

Betsy helped us and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Treated us kindly and she was very attentive.

Good place for office supplies. Although they did not have the specific item I was looking for, I ended up getting something because the variety is that of what you cannot find at Walmart. Customer service was amazing, very attentive staff.

I am absolutely impressed by the efficiency, teamwork, kindness I experienced at Office Max today. I called in advance because I was having Wifi issues . A frienlff voice told me I was wellcome to come in. Despite, holiday shoppers and multiple tasks, the employees made certain I was helped. The manager, Elizabeth, assisted me so well; even to the point of getting me a chair when I said I was experiencing pain. I am grateful we have such a great place in Minot.

I am normally happy with OfficeMax but that day was a total waste of almost 20 min. I was having four copies made & wanted them laminated for our office. When she finally brought over the 4 copies there was a line through half the page. She looked at my main copy to see of it was our fault and could not find anything. Then she asked if I wanted them remade. I said yes she then told me I would have to pay more because she used the last of the laminate on those 4 copies and I would have to buy the more expensive one. I said no thank you and she seemed annoyed with me and just put the copies in a recycling bag and turned around. I felt she should have discounted the laminate then because it wasnt my fault she used up the last of it without checking the copies. If I could give them no stars I would but I have to pick one

Customer service here is terrible. Placed an order for an item and it was back ordered. Was told from someone there that there was nothing they could do. They didnt even try. 5 minute phone call.Nicely done...

Ordering online with Officemax is a disaster, for some reason they ship all packages themselves which is 100% lacking, Im waiting on a package that has been processing for 8 days and shouldve arrived two days ago. Their website tracking doesnt tell you where you package is and when it says out for delivery that just means it could be any where in transit. Their customer service is terrible Ive called 3 times and only once have i gotten a person who hasnt blown me off or made excuses without answering any questions that Ive had. I will never for the rest of my life order anything through this company again.

This store is expensive and seemed very unorganized to me! I had to walk all around the store to find simple things that usually would be placed near each other. Also, they didnt have much to choose from.

I had opposite problem. They asked me if I needed help wAy too much! One associate would ask me if I needed help and even if the other associate heard they would also ask me! I got annoyed and freaked out
