The atmosphere is great and so are the staff. The staff are motivating and are there to monitor your form to be sure you are doing each movement correctly. Great workouts!

Premier Movement offers a great workout with their Functional Fitness classes. Anyone can attend these workouts as there are modifications for any skill level with everything the trainers do. Their 6 week fitness challenge has been amazing! The classes are small and trainers focus on form and individualization. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

I LOVE Premier Movement! I took part in their 6 week fall challenge and it was exactly what I needed to get me out of my SAHM rut. The support system, community, friendly staff, amazing owners and other hard-working members are what make it truly incredible. I’ve never been in such a positive, uplifting gym atmosphere. I love the small classes that allow for personal training. I have noticed that I’m so much happier when I’m there and I’m excited to be returning and making it an important priority in my life.

I cant say enough good things about Premier Movement. I have had the opportunity to work with several coaches and they are all really great. You can tell that they really enjoy what they are doing and are so helpful and motivating. I love the small group setting and the facility itself is very nice, modern, and clean!

I just started Premier Movement 3 weeks ago and I love it. The atmosphere is awesome which makes it fun to workout. The coaches are constantly keeping track of you while providing great motivation. The hour long workouts are just right for me and also challenging. You get to meet and workout with great people which I love in the small group setting. I am glad I joined!! I reccomend it to everyone!

I’ve been going to Premier Movement the past two weeks. I wanted to see what the hype was about and try something new at the same time. I am a very active guy, played sports in high school and college, and frequent the YMCA. I am “all in” and would recommend Premier Movement to anyone and everyone. The trainers ensure that you are performing each exercise correctly and safely. Each exercise is able to be progressed for more difficulty or regressed for more ease depending on the individual. The workouts are different each day and always leave you in a sweat. Premier definitely has a great thing going and I would encourage all to give it a try!

I started Premier 2 weeks ago and am now doing the 6 week challenge. I have a bad ankle and some other issues. No matter what trainer I have had they all have helped me modify the exercises so I can get the most out of the work out. The atmosphere is upbeat and very encouraging. When you are there you just feel good about yourself. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get fit or stay fit!

Great atmosphere, small group setting, love every trainer I have worked with so far! My anxiety was through the roof when I started this program but I have really enjoyed it and do not plan to stop after the 6 weeks. Love how it is for all skill levels and focuses on proper technique. It had been a really long time since I worked out and I am not the strongest person by any means but every workout so far has been achievable!

I love having the accountability! The coaches are so supportive and motivating. Such a nice atmosphere! Challenging, yet fun! The class times are even flexible with most schedules!

I cannot tell you enough about the experience I have had at Premier Movement. The attention to detail as far as technique and working with each of us individually is so appreciated. All hour long they are constantly checking technique and helping us correct it. I am so pleased with the entire program and the help they have been with the anti inflammatory meal suggestions. Thank you Premier Movement. I have found just what I needed, enjoy it and honestly look forward to each hard work out but yet know they will adjust it to me. I feel very accomplished at the end of the workout.

I have been working out here for five months and love it. I started with a 6 week challenge and have become a member working out twice a week. The trainers are wonderful at explaining/demonstrating the moves for the day, teaching us correct alignment and encouraging us to push ourselves. Many of the anti-inflammatory recipes have become staples in our home as I continually try to improve my diet and health.

Joined December 2018. Needed to do something for myself. Turned 50, overweight, depressed etc. Started with the 21 day challenge. I did not have a clue what I was doing but those very patient trainers are always there watching form and making adjustments where needed. I have made many new friends and many compliments with a 50lb weight loss so far. Thanks Premier Movement trainers!!!

If you’re looking for a motivating place to workout, this is it! The small-group training session makes it fun and you get a good workout in! All you have to do is show up to the class time you reserved and they do everything else! Your workout starts out with various weightlifting moves then ends with HIIT style cardio. It’s great that the trainers have all of the workouts planned, demonstrate the movements, and push you to do your best! Super friendly staff and spectacular facility!

The 6 week challenge at premier movement is amazing. There is no judgement and all the trainers are so very helpful. Day 1 my form was terrible but after two weeks I noticed so much improvement! If you are like me and cant go to the gym and make your own workout plans but still want to be challenged this is the place to go. I also loved the meal planning. As a mom of two i thought i was going to struggle to make meals. But the recipes have been so good that my kids have been eating what i have been making! Also huge bonus a lot of them were crock-pot meals!

I have found the workouts to be challenging but accommodating to my limitations. The trainers are very good. They always have a watchful eye correcting form when needed and encouraging when needed.
