CrossFit Minot welcomed my fiancée and I in from day one this summer! We were only in town for 3 months before having to leave again, but we loved our experience. The people are great, the coaches are knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is a lot of fun! The gym itself is very nice; spacious and tons of great equipment that helps in varying the workouts on a daily basis. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to better themselves in the Minot area!

I dropped into CrossFit Minot this week while traveling for work. Great coaching, challenging programming, and really friendly athletes! Gym was clean and really well organized. I will definitely drop in again when I’m back in Minot!
