These people NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY. I paid $125 for private swimming lessons and they NEVER contacted me for the private lessons and I tried calling them and they never answered. I complained to the front desk and wanted my money back and they NEVER refunded me! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

I enjoy the swimming pool aND swim at least 3 times a week. The walking track is so helpful when the weather is not nice enough to walk outside.

This gym is really great if youre looking to do some heavy lifting as they have plenty of barbells, weights, equipment, and specialized machines. The locker rooms are generally well cleaned and the dry sauna and steam room are worth a membership alone. Good environment to crank some iron with the boys.

$76 for family membership per month is a great price. 2 full size bball courts, weights, family cardio area, indoor 1/8 mile track, bikes, lil kids playroom, pool, sauna, hot tubs, racquetball, wall climbing, just off the top my head. Friendly staff, clean, great place to get away from the screens.

Its been since February, but coming back was just like seeing an old friend again! After a good swim in the pool, I left feeling energized and refreshed. Everything is kept so clean too. Im really grateful for our Minot YMCA.

No water fountains in use is absolutely ridiculous. Its a gym for god sakes what are we supposed to do grab a cup and find a clean toilet to scoop out of? Embarrassing

For this place being no profit it is a great place with nany things to do. Some of my favorites are the pool and rock wall. The staff is also friendly and obviously carr about their job.

It’s alright, but the lifeguards always have and always will prohibit any child from having fun.

I am so greatful for the YMCA.

Was a member from 2007 to 2012 and this facility has a lot to offer, from the single person to the family folk theres plenty. I would recommend the Minot YMCA to anyone. I also went to ASK, and trained at the base gym but none can beat being able to go to the hot tub or the saunas on a cold night or the pool on a hot day. Having multiple dressing rooms/lockers rooms with huge showers and T.Vs in them was great. The equipment isnt top notch when I was there but itll get the job done.

This is a beautiful fitness and family center. They have an indoor track that encircles the majority of the fitness areas, they have 2 basketball courts, racket ball courts, rock climbing wall, free weights, machines, and various cardio equipment. They also have a pool available for use!

Its a beautiful facility with plenty to offer. I love the adult dressing room. Its steam room, sauna and hot tub are very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful when I came in to register. The membership price is decent as well as the fact that I can cancel at anytime since theres no contract.

Really has slowly gone down hill. They dont seem to care much about the cleanliness of the facility. Everyone seems disinterested in being there. They are lucky there isnt much for competition for services here

I go everyday... always clean, and staff is really polite.

The weights are older but lots of them and good selection of equipment. Incline/decline bench options not good. Has everything you need and then some. Very Pricey but does the trick. The staff has always been very pleasant to me but all I ever do is say Hi on my way in. I like the towels they provide!

Very outdated facility and equipment but it is a very big gym. They should use how much they charge for a membership to clean and updated their facility.

This is a great gym I would consider this a world class gym for the size the staff is friendly clean gym nice etiquette in there and they have lots of equipment rock climbing you can run around the big track they have inside great place to visit if youre in town youre looking for a gym this is the gym to stop in to really recommend it

RUDE, RUDE, and RUDE!!!I was so interested in the Minot as from the outside it seems like one of the best YMCAs ive seen. Staff is rude as if anyone that walks in is a severe inconvenience to them. Maybe you are as it seems like its a party hangout at the front desk area.I give it 2 stars as it’s a nice facility, but the rudeness ruined it for me. Luckily I only did a day pass.

All the equipment was clean, the pool is great, and the locker rooms are spotless. I especially love the sauna and steam room.

I called in to get information on the daycare policy. I was told I could bring my child in and I told the woman I spoke with what day and time I would be there. Then the next day when I get there was told a completely different information. They need to retrain all thier front desk employees on the policies and customer service.

Love this YMCA! So much to do and the equipment is nice.

Staff doesnt do anything, constantly dirty and weights are missing/reracked incorrectly, kids run around the weight room, crossfitters constantly almost knock me down running to and from the track. Not a well run business.

I thought I would like this place, just like I like all Ys in North Dakota. But, for a larger town. Shockingly this was the far worst Y I have ever been too.

Charge a 3$ fee for using a cc for monthly payment. Dirty

The building is very nice and clean, ill give it that. However, its staffed by rude obnoxius girls who dont know customer service. The fact that they dont offer any military or student discounts in a military/college based town is beyond stupid. The membership price and fees are ridiculous unless you have kids. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because they have an indoor track and a large diversity of equipment.

Ive been a member for 3 years. havent been wowd at all. its got the most this town has to offer. the price could be more competitive, especially considering how many members they have, service depends to who you talk to. so kids dont care about their jobs and just wanna hang with their friends. some are dedicated to doing their jobs well. hit or miss and theres nothing the y can do about it.

I love it at the Family Y! Spin classes are the BOMB!
