I called asking to cancel my account and possibly get a refund for services that i could no longer use. Kaitlyn was less than helpful. I asked about a refund and she said there was nothing she could do. I asked about a corporate number and she told me to google it. I asked her to cancel my account and she said i have to come in after I repeatedly told her I no longer live in town. She clearly did not care about the issue as she was very nonchalant when speaking. I believe she need more training in customer service and on the company policies and procedures.

Clean and friendly environment. While it does lack a few pieces of equipment if you know what you’re doing you can easily use other machines to work the same muscle groups. Love that I’m greeted kindly every time I come in. The membership is very affordable. I do hope the schedule gets back to normal soon as the current “covid schedule” is extremely inconvenient. Over all a solid 4/5 gym experience.

Planet Fitness is the Absolute Complete Fitness Center in the USA. Impeccably Clean! Warm, Courteous and Kind Staff. All the equipment one could need for a complete workout. Joe C

Lots of equipment, not a ton of people when I go. Get the black membership, you can use the message tables and many extras. Totally worth the membership to help reach my goals.

Hi’ I have been Going to PF For A While. I have a Problem that The Front Desk Management Kanisha shift 7am til noon in minot ND ’ Is Siting most of her Shift And I’m a Black card member and I should not be Going into the restrooms And There’s Water everywhere. she doesn’t give me The Proper help that I need. Far as Hydo massage she tells me the machine is down . and then I see others go in a use them . not fair And disrespectful.

The staff is awesome! I went for the first time in the middle of the day so it was not busy and got to see the gym. After being a college student with access to a very nice gym I can say Im impressed with this one and will be holding a membership. The water jet massage thing was awesome and you have access to tanning beds and red light therapy. You cant beat the price but I do wish their hours were longer.

I’m speaking on behalf of individuals who are unable to voice their frustrations. Management is a joke here. Members of Planet Fitness love management and speak highly of them from what I’ve seen in other reviews, but they wouldn’t if they knew half of what goes on behind the scenes. If you like toxic work environments, poor leadership, and a manager that will talk you up to your face but then turn around and tear you down behind your back, working at the Minot, ND Planet Fitness is the job for you. That’s one example, but far from the only one.

I went to PF to meet with Kenisha, she was awesome.... she manages everything well from what I could see. Everything was organized and clean. I was surprised to see so many people there and I think she knew them all by name !...and spoke to each one as they entered and exited... helping to make everyone feel special. Im not a member but I felt very comfortable there.

I love the feeling when you walk in! Its very light and happy atmosphere as soon as u walk in!

Your managers are awesome. In fact your whole crew is awesome. New management and employees make you want to come back. Just wanted to let you how much better this place is.

So I went in super nervous cause I dont like to be in busy places but the staff was so great I got totally sidetracked and ended up getting a membership. The staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel so welcome, it was really nice to see that. Very happy with my experience.

I love Planet Fitness. Friendly, clean, well kept. A perfect place to get in shape or continue to work out.

“Appropriate temperature, humidity and air circulation levels should be maintained in the fitness floor area. The following levels are recommended: Temperature: 69 to 73 degrees Fahrenheit. I would like to give 5 stars but i stopped going to PF, cause i always get sick after working out there!!! You can’t sweat in this gym temperature, because you will immediately get sick after fans+ cold gym temperature .. I was attending at least 3 different PF, but first cold AF .... Hopefully somebody can make something about it..... And open back doors in “cross-fit” area, ... seriously??? I will keep my PF cart only because we are moving soon to area where is PF too....

Only benefit is cost. No bench press, no squat rack, no deadlift platform, no free barbells.. 4 Smith machines only. Two sets of dumbbells only up to 75 lbs. Nothing heavier.

Love that the equipment is very user friendly. If you don’t know how to use a certain one, there is a barcode on the machine, that you scan with your phone, and it’ll take you to a video demonstrating how to use it properly. The staff is super friendly, they’ve got plenty of equipment for everyone to be working out, and the memberships they offer are a steal!

Rotation of machines we are allowed to use due to Covid is all out of whack and annoying. Havent been able to use a favorite one for a month now. Drinking fountains and water bottle filler are all out of use / disabled.

The planet Fitness in Minot is awesome! The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is their hours are not in line with other Planet Fitness clubs I’ve been to. The desk clerk told us he also didn’t know why Minot wasn’t 24/7 like the others which I would think the person representing the company would know why the hours are shorter. We went on a Saturday night at 6:30 thinking 24/7 hours only to be told they close at 7:00! I thought Planet Fitness “invented the 24/7 fitness center! I guess I was wrong. Please give us 24/7 service!!
