My wife booked an appointment 5+ hours in advance. When she showed up on time for her appointment the place was quite, and only two employees there. It should have been a quick cut. However people kept coming in after her with later appointment times and they kept getting priority. She said she watched three people come in after her get haircuts before her. She stayed 50 minutes past her appointment time and ended up leaving without a haircut. The atmosphere was unsanitary, I mean filthy; and the employees were only accepting cash payments. Though “card acceptance” was clearly posted. She said the haircuts she did see looked great, they can definitely cut hair. But if you value your time go somewhere else.

Cool Dudes, very friendly. Price for the cut was higher than Im used to, but they take their time and are very thorough.

Have scheduled multiple appointments and they always get changed the day of the appointment hours before it from both barbers. The owner always has excuses for the changes that are all lies. He’s all about the money

Ive scheduled twice with these barbers and both times I get called minutes before my appt. time asking to reschedule. Why not black out the times that you cant work. Thats the whole point of scheduling. Barbers in Minot could learn alot from the way shops are run in other parts of the country. You unprofessionals will never touch these waves. SMGDH!!!!
