Everytime Ive gone in to get my hair cut they have been super nice and super quick and cut it the way I wanted.. I have found a new place to get my hair cut... I will be back....

Make sure you call ahead for your appointment. No walk ins here. The staff seemed more comfortable ( and friendly) to the male customers vs woman customers. A good average haircut.

Great place, clean and awesome service. Terribly disappointed in Hailey H. Completely did her own thing with my hair. Opposite of my request (showed photos). When I asked her to make some changes, she argued and refused. Told me I’d get used to it.

What great service and a phenomenal haircut! Hallie B. got my son in quickly today without an appointment and did a great job with my preschool aged boy. She gave him a fast, trendy high quality cut. After walking out of the Minot AFB barber shop earlier today because of awful service, Hallie has more than made up for it and has 2 new loyal customers.

I showed a picture of what I wanted short on the sides but long on top (about 3-4 inches almost) and the lady cut the top to about an inch. Also she was distracted by other coworkers talking.

Supercuts has really changed. Not a place to just pop in and get a h/c anymore. Even though you can check in online...stylists will tell you at the store were not taking any more appointments today in the middle of the afternoon??

I used to go there for my kids and is near home but the lady in charge there which is always the same lady treat us bad and shes always in a bad mood and acting like she hates being there and it makes me feel really uncomfortable and I dont want my kids around toxic people. I have to say is only that one lady I assumed is the manager because when I call to make an appointment she is the one who answers.

My wife was just there getting a hair cut nothing too difficult just a couple inches off and thinned out. The girl she got seemed so annoyed to be there right off the bat. Anytime my wife would specify what she wanted she would respond with, yup. Thats what you have or thats what I gave you. She barely spent a few minutes with her and made her feel like a burden for asking to cut a little more off. The place wasnt even busy!! You literally chose this profession and it seems like she or they were just miserable to be there. NEVER going back ever again.On top of the bad experience we asked about military discount and she said yes we do have it and then didnt give us a thing.... still tipped 20% because at least one of us has to be decent.

I used to go here all the time..went in around noon there was maybe 5 kids there they woman told me there is no way anyone can get to you she sounded rather snotty, not sure if she meant to or not but still. I will not go back.

Was in there three weeks ago no people in the lobby, people on the board. Two people working that day and they said that I couldn’t get a haircut as I walk in I had to use the app and wait so I just walked out I just think it’s unprofessional to turn away possible what are you have no people in your lobby. And one of them was the general manager of the store

Never been to this place. Made a appointment but I had to cancel. I found another competitor which did my hair for less of a price on what Supercuts has going to cut it for.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. The only reason this poor excuse for a hair establishment is getting one star is because there is no zero star option. Not only did the stylist with blue hair (the Manager) mess up my fade really bad, when I went back in so she could fix her mistake she not only looked at me as if I was from outer space she claimed there was nothing wrong with the fade. Trying to make me feel less than, or like I didn’t know what I was talking about, that’s not even the worst part both her and another stylist starting snapping at me saying I could either get a refund and never come to the store again or she could fix my hair, at this point i was offended and felt a refund was the best option. As I was trying to receive a refund the manager along with another hair stylist began to yell at both me and my pregnant wife claiming we were both on drugs, saying we were never allowed back at the store. Both me and my wife have never Been treated so poorly over absolutely nothing. The only reason I am sharing this story is in hopes that no one will ever have to go through what me and my wife went through. I have worked in the customer service industry for 10 plus years and this establishment has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

So I asked and showed the hair stylist for a Zayne Malik signature Quiff and at the end I got a buzzcut. I wouldnt recommend

Someone with blue hair did an awful job on my hair. It’s choppy and longer in places than others and she didn’t even take her time. She messed my hair up really bad. Make sure you do not get your hair done with her.

Butchered the back of my head! Went for a military fade, the stylist did not provide a mirror to see the back and after I got home I realized why.
