This place has 5 stars for a reason. Im someone who pretty heavily relies on reviews when I make a big purchase and I did prior to going here. Wedding day had nothing but good reviews and I had high hopes when walking in that were met if not exceeded. I was greeted and treated as a person and not just as a customer with money. Made sure I saw all the options and did not rush me. Very lovely place and workers. The person who helped me (Charity) was super friendly and super helpful, I dont usually leave reviews about places unless its super good (or super bad) so I had to say how good this place is. If youre looking for jewlery I would 100 percent recommend this place. (Also if youre looking for cheaper prices for wedding/engagement they also have that, I came in with close to a grand and they had multiple rings I couldve gotten for less (even tho I went more expensive)).

I recently wanted to inquire about having Wedding Day Diamonds recreate an existing ring I had (sterling silver) into a white gold. Although it took a while from the first day I went in until when we picked it up, the experience was incredible. I worked with Chelsea to get the replica looking pretty much perfect. We did add a string of little diamonds, and not quite all of the dimensions are *exactly* the same, but thats totally fine... its a new ring now!I love how WDD helped us take something that was very special, and we managed to keep its unique qualities while creating something new and beautiful.Id recommend WDD and specifically the Minnetonka location to anyone. I loved their employees, policies, and quality.For the photos, I placed the old ring in the same box as the new so I could keep that consistent.

Previous jewelers I had been made the process of finding a ring very frustrating. When I walked into Wedding Day Diamond, I was instantly welcomed.I was able to walk freely throughout the store, with my ring selections, without an associate “guarding” the ring behind their cases. I cannot say enough kind words about the staff at this location. I came in to get my engagement ring and wedding band sized, but my wedding band is custom made and the design makes sizing down to my correct size tricky. They were all so helpful, walking me through different options all while being sensitive to my situation (I had a private jeweler who had promised he would do all of this, who no longer had the time to help me). They are seriously the best, and my ring is stunning!
