Not a very big selection on jewelry. After some comparisons, the prices are a bit high. I used to shop here all the time 15 to 20 years ago. Not sure what happened. And DO NOT allow them to entertain you with the lab Diamonds. They lose value very fast and know one is interested in them now so in years to come they wont even be worth half of what you paid for them.

Absolutely the worse experience! Start off by getting my daughter a bracelet she told us specifically it won’t take longer then 2 weeks. We explained to her we would like this bracelet for my nieces sweet 16. & if unable to accommodate that, that’s fine. 2 weeks turned into a month!!!!! We finally come to pick up our bracelet we walk in no greeting from the gentlemen sitting down scrolling on his cell Nor the young lady helping the customer. Good Customer service would have said “will be with you in just a moment” something!! After about 5 minutes of not being acknowledged at all my fiancé Finally asked the gentleman on his cell phone are you working To which he replies “yeah sure”. He then starts to assist us and as we’re waiting for him to find the bracelet The female employee walks past and bumps into my fiancé.Not only does she bump into him she just keeps walking no excuse me or anything. So I told her you could’ve said excuse me to now which she replied “well excuse me” With an attitude and rolled her eyes My fiancé asked her is there a problem and she said “ No I said excuse me” Again with an attitude And to top it all off the bracelet wasn’t even goodIt honestly looks pretty cheap not sure why it took so long. my fiancé planned on buying me some earrings when we were picking up the bracelet but they definitely lost our service we buy jewelry frequently and will never spend a dime here again.

Went in for a size question (did not buy my ring here) and got amazing service. The gentleman even cleaned my ring with no question and put a sizer on it (my current ring is a bit too loose!) in the meantime before resizing! Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a cleaning of my wedding rings and was blown away by the genuine kindness and service by manager Kevin. When I tell you he made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer... I would give them NO STARTS if it would let me!Wrong information on ordering by customer service in-store AND online!Returned due to them not being able to size it so we had to special order it and after them telling me it was ordered..IT WAS NOT 2 WEEKS LATER after waiting more than a month to begin with!replacement not recived and I still have no idea if it will ever come but guess what they have billed me and want payment!!!Our ceremony is on the 8/27/19! This store offered the worst customer service I have ever received. Long story short, I had to order my fiances wedding ring four times to get the right size. The first two rings came back too big (they came back a half size larger than what we ordered.) Then, after being talked to like this was entirely my fault, the store manager thought it would be a good idea to order the ring a half size smaller than what we needed so that maybe it would come back as a perfect fit. The third ring came back a half size too small. I was furious. The fourth ring finally came in as the size we ordered in the first place. To top it all off, they never called to tell me our ring was in. It was just sitting in a drawer for weeks before I finally called them. They were rude, immature and downright the most difficult to work with. Im never shopping here again and if youre reading this, I advise you to take your business elsewhere. Maybe consider Kay Jewelers?

Had a specific wedding band in mind that I wanted to purchase. Went in to check it out and get sized. Was told I was an 8.5, when 3 other places I have been sized put me at 9.75 or 10. Asked about the tantalum rings, and they said that they cannot be resized and will damage easily. A quick Google search will tell you that tantalum can be resized as easily as gold, and is one of the most durable metals. So the staff either knows nothing about their products, or is trying to upsell their protection plan. Either way, not a good look. Ended up ordering online because of a great Cyber Monday deal, and ordered a 9.5. That fit but was a little snug. If I would have ordered the 8.5 like they suggested, would have had to wait even longer for a new ring. Unknowledgeable and/or upselling staff will make me pay more next time to go to a better store.

I am so so happy with the service helzberg diamonds has given me!!!I have a ring that my mother gave me that was over 15 years old, and the centerpiece garnet was coming loose. I went to Kays to get it fixed, and 3 weeks later I got a horribly crooked ring back. The prongs werent straight, and I was honestly devastated. I never recieved an apology, just an offer to send it back out. Why on EARTH would I give it back to you to fix, when it should have been done correctly in the first place? I called Helzerbergs in Ridegdale the day I got it back, and they said they had an in-house jeweler that could help me, they also told me when hed be in. I went to the store the same day, and Naomi & Jenny looked at my ring. They asked me to come back in Monday (when the jeweler worked) so the jeweler could give me an accurate quote and get it fixed. I came in Monday (Today), and John the jeweler & John the Manager along with Naomi helped me get it fixed within 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES for something Kays took 3 WEEKS to do! I almost started crying I was so happy!I have never felt anything but welcome in their store. Coming from someone under 20, this is a big thing. Most jewlery stores like to completely look over me, but everytime I come in Im treated with respect and dignity. Thank you so much John, John, Naomi, and Jenny! This location is my all time favorite and I recomend the staff and the service to anyone!

Horrible customer service. Had an heirloom engagement ring resized and purchased a wedding band from them. The women that work there are so rude. Dont expect your ring to come with a box either....dropped off my engagement ring with one and received it back in a zip lock bag. When I picked up my wedding band I asked for a box and was rudely told that they dont normally do that.

Go in and ask for Sue, you wont be disappointed! Shes so much fun to work with and provides excellent customer service.

EVERYTIME I go in to get my wifes ring resized something has gone wrong. We just picked up her ring yesterday after getting it resized and noticed one of the diamonds has been replaced with a fake diamond!!!!!! We had another jeweler look at it and confirmed it is indeed fake and the real diamond has been stolen. Who the hell is their jeweler? This has happened twice! DONT GO HERE
