My wedding ring needed some TLCAfter many yrs of wear. They replaced the crown and soldered my rings together and they cleaned it up, it looks amazing, the customer service was outstanding!

After my long time jeweler retired, I brought my wedding band in to have the size taken in. While determining my new size, the owner insisted I needed to go smaller than the sizing ring she had given me to try, since it was such a thick width. I went with her suggestion, as she is the expert, and when my ring was returned I could barely get it over my finger. I brought it to another jeweler who informed me it was even smaller than the agreed upon size, so back to Evergreen I went to have it fixed, which they offered to do at no charge. When it was returned a second time, not only was the thickness of the band paper thin under my finger, but the person they contract to do their work also didn’t make the ring as wide as the entire band- there’s a very obvious “hill” in the band width. I noticed right away but took it as I was in a hurry, and it had already been sent out twice. I don’t work out of the house, and don’t wear my ring when I’m at home- so it rarely is worn (not to mention we’ve been in a quarantine due to Covid for the past 5 months). Not even 8 months after their “repair”, the band cracked where they did the work. When I brought it back in, the owner tried to tell me my band was quite worn. No acknowledgement as to their poor work, other than to say we could talk about fixing it (spend more money with them) or they could give me a return of the money I spent for labor. I now have to take it into another jeweler and pay for extra gold to be added to the band- the extra gold their store took off my ring and made money on.

For our 10th anniversary we increased my wife’s wedding ring to a half Carat, retaining the original diamond that was an ideal cut, VVS1, color D and a carat weight of .25342. We decided to mount that diamond on my wedding band. My wife took my ring and the diamond to Evergreene Jewlers in Glen Lake. She was assured they could mount it. When we got the ring back the stone was mounted flush to surface and the luster seemed off.I wore the ring for 10 years and finally decided it was a mistake and took it to another jeweler we were using. We told him about the stone and the mounting. It took about a week, and when we returned, I was impressed by how he had filled the hole. And was shocked by what he said next, that the stone he removed was not the quarter carat diamond we gave Evergreene to mount. The stone he removed weighed in at .10153 carat it was not clear nor brilliant.One of the most important traits of a jeweler is trust. This experience serves as proof you cannot trust Evergreene.We have learned that lesson and now have all of our jewels GIA appraised, with photos and GIA certifications.

I brought in 14k garnet leverback earring for repair. I got an outrageous quote of $288 for repair. I did not get the fix and when I got the earring home I realized the goldsmith cut off half the lever and KEPT the gold!!

If i could give it zero stars i would! went in to get a diamond tested, it was real. It was worth 75$ to 100$ and they said they can give me 15$ for it. I tried to get 30$ but she would not budge.
