Renee is a wonderful Therapist. I was a little unsure about going at first but she really made me feel safe and supported. I have gone to other Therapists in the past but none come close to Renee. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Renee is an incredibly gifted, kind and compassionate therapist. She generously shares her expertise as highly trained Emotionally Focused Therapist with her colleagues (I know, because I have benefited greatly from her teaching and consultation group). She is one of the few qualified supervisors in EFT in the State of Minnesota and I am so blessed to be able to learn from her. It would be a privilege to have Renee as a therapist.

Renee is very passionate about her work and it clearly shows in her practice. Shes a very dedicated to helping her clients and truly wants what is in their best interest. Her desire to help others makes her a listener and really helps you work through your issues without judgment.

To be completely honest, Connie is a wonderfully nice and approachable person but definitely enjoys talking about herself and her own situations in life a little too much. We have a similar background I suppose, but had to stop because Im nothing like her and she kept giving me examples of her own resolutions in her life instead of specific help in my own situations! Weird. After a few sessions I realized shes just helping me run over the same old ground. Maybe her methods work for others, but not me.

I highly recommend going to see Renee Segal at Segal Psychotherapy for relationship issues. She helped me and my wife out of a really hard situation. We were fighting all of the time and really stuck. Renee helped us learn how to communicate in a much better way. I even learned a lot about myself doing couples counseling. Our marriage is much more connected and close. I feel like my wife really understands me now.Renee is professional but not stuffy and she is very easy to talk to. I never felt like she took sides.
