This establishment does far more harm than help concerning mental health and wellness. Two bad experiences woth providers, the most recent today a flagrant violation of boundaries and acting outside of professional licensing. Frankly, ypu guys should be reported to the Attorney Generals office.I truly fear for patients under your care.Only left a, star because I cant leave a zero.

Great at first until they start treating you like an addict just because you cant control your anxiety. Eventually theyll just stop helping you.Totally unacceptable.Never again. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION. If I could give this clinic zero stars I would, as this was by far the worst psychiatric experience I’ve ever had. Not only did it take months to finally get an appointment, the doctor was clearly uneducated about my condition, was incredibly dismissive of my symptoms, and became defensive when I asked questions or tried to clarify results. The diagnostic tests were obviously outdated and in no way comprehensive, and at no point was I asked about my full symptom history, my complete medical history, or even much of my personal experience before being MISDIAGNOSED after months of waiting. And my “results” were still sent to me almost a week late on top of everything else. I have since had my suspected diagnosis confirmed by a specialist, which makes me very glad I got a second opinion. I absolutely and emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND Nystrom & Associates. Save yourself the time and heartache and STAY AWAY.

Honestly disappointed in the clinic. Had my intake well over a month ago and they said someone would call me to set up my tests/other appointments within 3 days. Havent heard anything from them, Ive tried calling with no help. Would not recommend this place.

I specifically made an appointment with a psychologist to do testing so I can be accepted into my school program. Got to my appointment and they scheduled me with a psychiatrist who cant perform the testing. The offered little to no help in correcting their error. I now am going to lose scholarships and not be accepted into school because of their mistake that they did nothing to resolve.

I really connect well with my therapist Julie Dewilde I have only seen for a few weeks and I already find her to be really helpful. When I am having a difficult time she was willing to bump up our appointments to twice a week instead of just once. Front desk staff very nice and kind and helpful.

Worst experience ever. I was supposed to meet a crystal on video chat and she cancelled because she felt there was not enough time to get through all of my paperwork. Why make an appointment if you know it wouldn’t work? I showed up and was asked to leave and come back another time. I never received a call or email about my initial appointment either (thank goodness I keep track of my schedule) and was asked to make another appointment. As a busy woman, it was a huge inconvenience and so unprofessional.

Terrible experience. Uneducated Dr who hadnt yet learned to listen and instead spoke over me telling me what she thought of the situation without regard to anything I had to say. Stay far away from this place. The appointments are via a video call which has you speaking to a television set not an actual human being. This being psychiatry Id have thought the understanding of being in the same room so as to pick up clearly on the way one emotes and feels would be a given. It is not. This is also a faith based group who will literally tell you to find god and pray for your mental health to improve. This is all well and good in theory and has proven effective whenever any human being has faith in any religion, cult or lucky pair of sneakers for that matter. Faith is important no question. However to tell anyone in a clinical setting to simply pray and have faith in the god that the professionals working there believe in no matter how foreign or strange it may be to the widely diverse range of good people with their own beliefs is absolutely disgusting, belittling and CANNOT change the chemistry of a individuals brain with anything remotely resembling the efficacy of the potent medications (Drugs) these same people will dangerously deny you or change on you at the drop of a hat. My experience was so drastically dangerous when I spoke with my MHI Advanced Heart Failure Team leader shortly after the visit she was astounded that anyone would put my life at risk with such a ridiculous change in a long standing medication protocol. Oh but the Dr did just that and literally could not continue any discourse on well known, long established protocol in regards to the medication she was altering with little to no understanding of it. I engaged her with science, she told me to pray. She also unknowingly (totally unacceptable that anyone so inadequately educated its frightening she has employment in the field) endangered my life and as she could not continue our discourse due to her literal lack of basic knowledge ended the visit with the closing statement that I find god. Do not go to these people. Youll be led around by a looming secretary and treated like cattle brought to a room, talk to a tv with a Dr just sitting at home, while youve made the trip to see them, and be under constant surveillance by the secretary who led you around to begin with so that he can immediately step in and help expedite you out of the room without having accomplished what you needed from them to begin with at the Doctors command.
