The worst therapist I have ever metShe has done severe, permanent damage to my mental health. I was dropped with an email (professional), and then completely ghosted. Rather than try and talk to me, it was just easier to dump me and forget. The amount of damage she has done has made it impossible to work with anyone elseYeah, they’re really caring. They care far more about profit than helping you. This isn’t a place of help, it’s once disguised as such. One look at the offices will tell you looks are more important than you as a person in needYou can dress up a Pinto to look like a Ferrari, but it’s still a Pinto. I wish they put their money into quality care rather than making the office look as extravagant as possible. No one cares about the office, only if you’re superficial. People want help, this place is the last they’ll find thatAVOID this place if you want help

I have had the best experience at Sonder with both my therapist and my psychiatrist! Words cannot express how much gratitude I have. My therapist has helped me find closure on issues I have never been able to successfully work through before and as a result Ive been able to make important changes in my life. Ill be forever thankful. The clinic itself is beautiful and serene and the staff are also so warm, friendly, and helpful. Top notch place. Please dont give up on therapy if youve had a bad experience in the past - try Sonder, you wont regret it!

Please do not go to this place. It took them 5 weeks to get me in for an appointment and then the visit itself was traumatizing. The therapist made me feel like I was bothering her. Then when I would stop taking she wouldn’t talk either. The office staff is rude and unprofessional as well. I tried telling the staff my therapist was not the right fit and to cancel my upcoming appointments and the hung up on me. If you need therapy for abuse or trauma, this place will make it worse.

I had not planned to write a review but I think I should after reading others. I thought I was getting good care from sonder. My psychiatrist was friendly and caring. Then he was out sick for a long time. The nurse was the only person who responded to my inquiries, but she couldnt do anything about my medications. Another doctor then stepped in to help me. Thank God. The new doctor confirmed I was on too many drugs. When I had said that to the first psychiatrist he laughed it off and kept recommending more. The nurse and second doctor were great. I feel so much better now that my drugs are straightened out, but I still probably wont stay at sonder.

Candace helped a lot setting everything up and went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and was satisfied. Excited to start with them!

Sonder has been absolutely wonderful for myself and five family members. We all see Dr. Luehr and he has pulled me out of some extremely difficult mental health issues that I had tried to find the right psychiatrist for a decade. He always has a plan. He’s always on top of refills, responding to concerns, etc. The staff has been excellent, Mallory, Candice, and Kayla are always helpful.This is why I am leaving a 5 star review. Sonder is wonderful as a company.However, if you ever hear or ask if you want to be seen by Patricia Brown, Psychiatrist - RUN. She’s condescending, rude, implies that I’m misusing medication when she has no basis. Do NOT see this woman. I have had to get refills from her when Dr. Luehr is out of the office. Never again will I deal with her.Thank you Dr. Luehr and almost all staff for being so caring and helpful. I couldn’t make it through this without you.

I highly recommend this clinic! They have amazing staff who are always very welcoming and providers are incredibly knowledgeable in their specialties. Very happy I found them!

So let me clarify by saying I really like my Psychiatrist, he’s a good doctor and knowledgeable in what he does. But I’m not even convinced this place exists lmao. I am on a medication that, if stopped suddenly, can cause seizures (so getting refills on time is important). If you need anything, good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in the office- they don’t respond to phone calls/emails/the chat function on the website. Last month they completely failed to get back to me so I had to go to the ER for a script refill (which was awfully embarrassing). This month is looking to be the same.... one pill left and I can’t get ahold of anyone in the office or my psych 😪

The only reason I went to Sonder Welness is for Dr. Maren Rinker and Rachel Henry RN. They are both organized, compassionate, and extremely qualified.I WOULD NOT recommend going to Sonder if Maren and Rachel were not there. The office is disorganized, calls are not answered, and more money seems to be put into renovating than actually into the business.

Was looking for a new doctior since my previous one retired. Same medication for 5 years; everything was going great. Had 5 years of notes plus medical and medication history transferred over. I even had to do a 70 question test online for them. I met with one of their doctors for 45 minutes. He wanted to change my medication, I refused. So then he just reduced it Because he didnt trust play previous doctor with over 60 years experience. On top of that, I got charge $450 for an intake the and another $150 for the 1st session ( No wonder why they keep their prices a secret until after you leave)

If youre looking for a psychiatrist, Dr. Luehr is beyond amazing. Im so grateful for him!! He is incredibly good at what he does and also genuinely cares, as well as everyone else at Sonder. This is coming from somebody who rarely writes reviews. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you so much you guys!!

I do not recommend going to this location if you are seeking therapy. The therapist I went to was very unprofessional and I left the appointment feeling re-traumatized and regretting trying to reach out for help.

Excellent care and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Def recommend.

I absolutely love this place first of all the staff that greeted me was great very friendly,profesional,and always willing to help with anything you need as well as answer any concerns i met with the therapist and she is awesome she was the most easiest person to talk to i felt like she was actually listening and when we finished i felt like she really wants to help me then i seen the Dr and he was incredible he has me feeling like there is hope they both took time with me and i didnt feel rushed and just another patient if you are looking to be the best you then this is the place for you i would recommend this place 20 billion times over give yourself a chance U DESERVE it if your looking for your awesome team then this is the place for you so you can get back in the game and be the best/real you Good luck

The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and has always done everything they could to make my life easier. A 100% turnaround and improvement from my last experience. Dr. Luehr and Bri are both great and though its an hour from home, I would recommend Sonder to anyone I know.

Dr. Sara has been great. Easy to talk to and shows a genuine interest in my well being.
