We’ve had excellent service there. Our service was done in one day, sooner than I expected. Making the appointment was easy and it seems as if they have plenty of technicians so I didn’t have to wait days to get my Sprinter in for service. The only quibble I have is that I didn’t get a sticker indicating my next required service.

It seems that customer service has become extinct in the Covid world, but that’s not the case at SAB. Dave and his team were terrific, worked with the insurance company, kept me fully aware of progress, and finished ahead of schedule. Most importantly, the work on my car is flawless. In order to leave a review you have to leave a star and honestly I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I got a B service done 7/15/21. I paid $540 for the service. Two weeks later I hear a whining sound with my vehicle and the sound was getting worst. I needed to figure out what it was so I brought my car Into another auto shop, comes to find out none of my fluid has been topped off. My power steering fluid, windshield fluid nothing has been filled for what I paid them to get done. I took a picture of it and called to complained about what I’ve just witness. They told me to bring it in the next day so they can fill it and apologize for not doing it. This being my first time there, my experience with them was terrible and I will never go back to them. I don’t trust that things are getting done properly. They could’ve put me in a position to damage my car and all they did was apologize for not topping off all my fluid. Just terrible and I will no longer do business with them.

When I was on the hunt for a car I visited at least 15 dealerships and this one was by the far the best experience I had. I was experiencing a problem with my Sprinter chassis with an RV platform that has been ongoing and my service advisor, Preston, did an excellent job researching and explaining the issue while also ensuring everything that could be done was taken care of. I recently purchased a vehicle from Sears and my experience was top-notch. I was also interested in a vehicle at another dealer of high-end German automobiles and the experience was not nearly as rewarding. I felt like they didnt care as much about making me feel like a valued customer. My Sears sales person, Sarah Britney, was fantastic. She was friendly from the start and accommodating without pushing, taking time to answer my questions and making the process easy. The best part was at the end. Hi, thanks for taking care of my drivers side airbag last Friday. Overall great service!However, after we got the car home however we noticed that this little plug on the convertible roof interior is missing. It was there when I dropped off the car that day. Can we get this replaced? Thinking perhaps you found it somewhere already. Ive looked all over the car interior and cannot find it.

As I drove in the service area, I was greeted by a staff member who invited me to go into the lobby. Immediately, Ron Johnson led me to his office, where we discussed the service to be done. Ron introduced me to Terry, who arranged a loaner car very quickly. I was on my way in minutes! A couple hours later, I got the text that the car was ready. When I arrived back to the dealership, I gave Terry the loaner keys back, and within seconds my car, cleaned and washed. GREAT service!

No pressure, No crazy dealer fees, No financing issues for using my credit union, and No pressure to buy anything the dealer has to offer. Eric was very amenable & genuine and no one made me feel I was under pressure or a time restraint, even though I was there quite late in the afternoon. As we were getting rid of an old lease and getting into a new one, it was vital that the timing generally work out We were able to go in early and establish a relationship with Nick and assured us that the car would be delivered on time (which is a challenge these days). Mike Bakeman at Sears Auto Imports was exceptional to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. He truly listened to what I was looking for and worked within my budget. When I was first looking I went to test drive without my husband. I explained that I was looking for a car for myself. Going forward when my husband was with me Mike spoke to me, even with my husband present. Personally, that meant a lot to me that he did not assume gender roles even with my husband present. Dropped off my car, said it will be done in a few hours and theyll call me. They called me and said it will be ready the next day at 10. Next day I kept calling them and they kept transferring me to different people and couldnt get an update about my car until someone finally picked up and said it is ready but the steering wheel is crooked while I dropped it off withheld steering wheel perfectly fine. Now they saying it will be ready before 5. They giving my car back a day later than promised. Hopefully they wont make any other excuses so I can get my Benz back. Never coming back to this dealership again.

A mistake was made at my recent service appt. I called my Service Advisor and let him know, he quickly responded sending someone to pick up my car (45 miles away), dropping off a loaner car and brining my car back when this mistake was correct. We all make mistakes, but great customer service is how those mistakes are corrected. Sear Imports goes above and beyond every single time. I will always service and purchase my vehicles here.

Horrible Customer Service! The dealership seems to be judgmental and base you off your physical appearance! Rude, all they care about is what vehicle your investing in and once you purchase the vehicle and go back because of experiencing issues that are are wrong with the vehicle they try to take advantage of you and make you pay when it’s not your fault. I had multiple issues, but one of them I went in because I found a bump on my front bumper of my car after purchasing it and I had proof (Picture) that i had received it like that. I had showed them the picture at service and all they did is cover it up with a front license plate frame that didn’t come with the car in the beginning of me purchasing it. The service center employee Ron Johnson, tried to take advantage of me to pay for anything I’m coming in for. He tried to make me pay over the minimum cost for my service for my car. I asked him how much my service cost he gave me a absurd price until, I went in and asked someone else and they gave me the correct price. I Don’t recommend him at all, won’t be going there again! Horrible, Disgusting dealership!

From the time I purchased my first Mercedes from Sears in 2014, when I couldn’t get a single sales person to acknowledge my presence, to my recent service appointment, the customer service experience has been terrible. I took my car in at 7:30am for a tire replacement due to a recall and was told it would only take “a couple of hours” to complete. At 10:19am I received a text AND an email from Sears asking me to review and approve additional services (aka Sears attempts to upsell!). I called my service advisor, Andrew, at 10:55am to decline the additional services. At 12:30pm, I called and left a voicemail message for Andrew asking for an ETA on when the service would be completed and did not hear back. I followed-up with multiple calls to the service desk and was told they would check on the status of the repair and will get back to me. No one called back. I kept calling (in between work meetings) until a little after 5pm when I finally got Andrew on the phone and he claimed he had already told me the car was ready for pick-up when we spoke at 10:55am. Even if that was true, the fact that I left a voicemail after the call asking for an ETA, indicated that I did not hear him say that.Basically, Sears managed to email AND text me about getting additional services, but did not have the wherewithal to notify me that the actual service was complete and my car was ready for pick-up! The kicker, the tire that was replaced was not properly done. As I drove away, the service light for the tire came on and I had to go right back to have the psi adjusted.I’ve put up with the appalling customer service at Sears for far too long and it’s time to move on. I will be taking my business to a dealer/servicer with better business practices and customer support.

Truly exceptional service. I took my GLA in to have a small dent repaired with Sears PDR service. It also needed a little paint after the service. Ron Johnson, my service advisor said he would be happy to do it for me using toothpicks so as not to put a blob of paint on the small spot as is common with a touchup brush. He did that it and it came out great. Thanks to Ron for going above and beyond for me.

Wonderful place! Quick, easy and friendly. What more could one ask for. They had the car, it was clean, as stated on the site (which sometimes isnt the case at other dealerships). Endre was great to work with, no nonsense and got the deal done in record time. Finance was one of the best, I can appreciate that they offer all the additional add-ons as its their job but Jason didnt push anything, just offered them and let me select what I wanted. Car was delivered beautifully and even had a red bow! Thanks Sears Imports, Ill be back!

Refused to acknowledge the fact there was wrong doing on their end. I guess when you say the words, “I want to buy the car”, it means nothing to them. Horrible customer service. I guess I wasn’t buying an expensive enough car to make it worth their time! One would think that being a Mercedes Benz dealership they would be top of the line of customer service! Wonder how they even have customers with these fine employees working there. I wish I could rate them a 0!

One of the smoothest car buy experiences I have had! We have been looking for a car for and found the perfect one in their used inventory. It was incredibly clean and well taken care of. The car was inspected and came with a warranty. Eric was very helpful and friendly. We brought our newborn with and everyone made sure that we were taken care of in a timely manner. Wanted to love this Service Department....but they do not want me to love them. Staff was rude. I showed up at 6:59 for my 7:00 am appt. walked in because they opened the door, then was scolded that they open at 7:00 am.Was told in an unfriendly tone to drive in, not walk ( so sorry). But I brushed that off. bought the 60k and 70k service deal that they touted and asked them to diagnose and fix a no start issue I have when cold. Got billed for $169.00 to diagnose that you are leaving your headlights on. This is not the correct diagnosis, problem persists. But the shop insists they will stand by their $169 charge. Hmmm.Picked up the car, they changed the coolant, but did not fill properly, 2 miles after pick up coolant was low.Service included new wipers. I asked that they simply put in the vehicle as I had new wipers already. I was on the service order, but not completed.I complained to the Service Manager, Josh. Simply stated he was rude, abrasive. I was advised to speak with his assistant, by the front desk and was connected to him instead. I stated., I am sorry, I did not mean to call you back. His response, then why did you?Emailed the GM Mike Roeder, who responded that he would call Monday....Tuesday evening he still had not called. He called today after I emailed. He believes that $169 is a fair charges for the incorrect diagnosis and stand by it.Finally, there is a new scuff in my front bumper. Was not there prior to dropping off. They deny that they scuffed it.I know they have good reviews. I wish mine was one of them.Overpriced. Lack of follow though. Lack of integrity.Sounds pretentious, but I thought this was a Mercedes Dealership...not a Yugo Dealer.

These guys were great and very trustworthy! We ordered a used car online, sight unseen, and had it shipped to Texas. Eric shot us a custom video and was super to work with. The car arrived quickly, and we were so happy with the condition and the price. The entire transaction was extremely easy and wed certainly do it again. They even filed all the paperwork with our local DMV to make the out of state registration process easy. Also, we found a bit of damage that wasnt covered in Erics video, so we informed them, sent a couple photos, and they sent us a check to cover the repair cost within 3 days - wow - couldnt believe how well they put their customers needs and feelings first, as compared to a few other dealerships weve dealt with. Contacted Sears Auto Imports at the beginning of the week about a coming soon listing and started working with Boris. The vehicle had just come in and had not yet been detailed. I was ok with seeing it before being detailed but Boris insisted that it be cleaned up inside so that I could see it’s true beauty and I am so glad he did. Two days later I received a call the moment the vehicle was done in the detail shop and headed straight over. When I got there another salesman was attempting to bring in a client to view the vehicle as well. Boris was very clear on the popularity of the vehicle but was not at all pushy or pressuring. He listened to our needs for a vehicle and seemed to truly take in our situation with our insurance settlement. We fell in love with the vehicle and started our purchase. We are purchasing a pre owned vehicle and the experience and treatment we received and are receiving is as though we are purchasing a custom ordered vehicle. I am overly impressed with not only the dealership but more than anything Boris. Our toddler interacts with him and he seems genuinely interested in our family. We are beyond excited to pick up our family vehicle this weekend and work with Boris in future purchases.

Skip Morries and come here, seriously.Sent an email asking if I could test drive a C300 with only 30-minute notice; Mike Bakeman responded within minutes and said thatd be fine. Got there, he was busy with another customer, but took the time to get me the keys and let me take a spin on my own.Loved the car; he was still with another customer, but explained the process, got me the financing application, and planned to come in the next day during his off-hours to complete purchase.Next day we met - Mike was upfront about previous accident on the C300 before I agreed on price, negotiated and got me a great offer on my trade-in. Financing was fast and didnt resort to high pressure tactics to agree to more warranties, etc. Upfront, showed options for warranty coverage, signed and was done inside of 10 minutes.I highly recommend Sears. The pricing on their site is on-par with NADA guidelines, and they offer fair trade values for your car. Every other dealer I went to inflated the value of their car by 3 to 4k, and low balled me on my trade-in by 1 to 1.5k.Do not waste time looking at other dealers for your Mercedes. Come to Sears and ask for Mike Bakeman!

Their service department has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. They always make the time, which is rare at dealership service centers, to go over the services, explain the repairs (even meeting with the service technician to explain in detail what happened and how it will be repaired), and give recommendations on whether the repair is critical, recommended, or can wait for another time. The statement that secured my business with your company was, “we dont want to recommend repairs that dont need to be done.” Thats very refreshing since most of my experiences have been less than decent. Jamison(SA), Bill(SA), Adam(LST) and Kevin(ST) have all worked so hard to bring my C-Class back into Mercedes-Benz standards of quality and I very much appreciate their efforts. Sears Sprinter Service is the only place to go for your Sprinter repairs. Our catalytic converter was stolen the night before our big trip. Cliff and the other experts at Sears worked with me and my Progressive Insurance representatives to get the RV fully repaired in just two days. Professional, honest, and courteous service.

I had a wonderful experience here recently! The sales team was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process, specifically Sue Brink and William Steiner, the two we worked with! This was my first time buying a car so I was not 100% certain on what to do or what was happening some of the time, so I asked a lot of questions. Sue was patient and kind and answered all the questions I could think of to the best of her ability :). William made sure that on the day I went to get my car the paperwork was all ready to go so that we could get in and out as fast as possible which was wonderful! Although I had to wait for my car to be ready since it had just rolled in and was still in the process of being checked when I expressed interest, it was worth the wait! I would recommend Sears to anyone looking for a Mercedes dealer that provides exceptional customer service.

I previously went to Feldmann but was very disappointed in the service on two of my three visits. I drove a little further to go to Sears this time and was wowed by the service in every aspect. That’s what I expect a Mercedes dealer to be. Kudos to the service-oriented culture at Sears. It is light years better than Feldmann and has earned my repeat business from now on.

Beware: asked them to check suspension and alignment as rear end was loose. They did the alignment but either left an arm bolt loose/or just missed it (which is impossible if they actually did the alignment right). When I brought it back in for them to fix/make it right they wanted to charge me for another alignment. When I challenged Josh on it he was real condescending and accusatory. As if I was trying to fleece him out of his very own $100. Go literally anywhere else, not trustworthy.

Feldman Imports in my opinion is so much better; better customer service and better technicians. I went to Sears Imports initially to purchase my car and the sales associate lead me on telling me he had the car I wanted but would sell it out from under me. Frustrated, I went to Feldman Imports and purchased my car.Additionally, throughout the past couple of years I have gone back and forth between the two dealerships and Sears Imports consistently quotes at higher prices and missed key maintenance issues that had been wrong with my car (I have paper work proving all of this).Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and go to FELDMAN IMPORTS! The location may be less convenient (it is for me) but I promise you that it will be worth it!

The staff was quick to answer questions. Always courteous. Everyone wore masks as required. I’m out of town and had to spend the night. I received a loaner car with no hassle. My car was done as expeditiously as possible. If I lived closer, I would use them again.

Bought a 2012 e350 wagon and my experience was awesome with John at Sears Imports. I live in Florida and am in military so was not able to ever travel and see the car in person, but John was very responsive and super attentive to all my texts and calls. Process took a little over 2 weeks but he sent me videos of the car multiple times and showed me progress on what they were doing to get the car purchase ready for me! Was very impressed and extremely happy when I got the car in Florida there were no surprises in the condition of this 8 year old car! Overall a great experience, thanks John and Sears.
