I am a long time Costco fan and when they recommended BAM automotive for my E-350, I decided to give it a try. I called ahead and scheduled a appointment. They were very welcoming and suggested a convenient time to bring the car in . During my visit, I was quoted a price that matched exactly what the initial quote was . Services I got were a transmission fluid, wheel alignment, engine and oil filter change . Car was ready to be picked up same day and works great. I drive a 2000 Camry with over 260,000 miles. I want service I can trust including notification of parts in need of repair before they fail. My most recent work done by BAM was change of oil, transmission and power steering fluids. Previous work was timing belt and water pump change and a tuneup. BAM did a good job in a timely way with no need to return later to fix something that was not done well.

Reached out to BAM to do a diagnostic due to a check engine light as well as validate if a dealer recommended repair was necessary. BAM provided detailed information (way more than I receive at the dealer) and a recommended path. Plus said dealer recommended repair not needed at all. Great experience

When I moved here, I spent a bunch of time researching where to take my car, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Awesome place. Was buying from a used car from a dealership, and wanted it inspected before the purchase, just for ease of mind. They looked it over thoroughly, and were very professional and personable. Unfortunately, we dont live in the area, otherwise we would definitely visit again. Only charged 25 for an inspection, and they looked at the car right away! Paid them 50 for the exemplary job. Excellent business. Definitely recommend.
