Not a bad place. If you dont mind smells then this is the place for you. It smells like spices all the time in the hallways. Its your regular standard apartment complex. They do have underground parking for residents which is nice. They do also have a car wash for the residents. Some of the units even have balconies. The only downfall for this complex is the fact that it is just a as of recently become smoke-free indoors. It is also on the loop of the opus which is a one-way labyrinth of roads built around businesses. If you dont mind going for a journey every time you want to leave then this is the place for you. Labyrinths are fun, but I have better things to do! Last but not least. The price of how much a one bedroom cost these days compared to a two bedroom isnt much. At least at this place. And that must just be with covid-19 taking place. So all in all not a bad place if you like spending time and smelly labyrinths. Hope this was helpful.

This is simply amazing place to live! This is true because the area is so tranquil and Scenic, all the staffs are super nice, you will get unit washer and dryer where you can do your laundry inside your home. Besides, there is a parking garage which is a saver during winter time. I would definitely recommend to any one who is planning to move to Minnetonka or Hopkins area without any further search.

Nice place

Great landlord that tries to be as helpful as possible. Decent price for all the amenities provided. The workout rooms could be better but the surrounding area, bike trails, and parks really make this place. Also Maintenance is very helpful and will bend over backwards just to make sure you have AC in the heatwave.

I have lived here for 6 years and I am very happy! The manager,is so nice!! Its peaceful and nobody bothers you.The rent is good and everything is good quality! This is the best apartment ever. It only lets me do 5 stars,but in my heart its a 1,000,000!

Such a great place to live! The staff is so friendly and helpful about any maintenance or questions :)Reasons I love this place:-washer and dryer in our unit (as well as a laundry room)-pet friendly! our pets are loved by the staff and theres a lot of walking trails and waste disposal areas nearby-underground parking (so nice in the winter months!)-fireplace in unit-paying rent online is super slick - never had a problem once!Very excited to use the new community patio this summer!!

We have had no caretaker now for months the hallways are dirty the elevators dirty the only thing that gets cleaned is the front entryway to the building Im outside dead flowers in the pots leaves that have not been picked up for the winter and garbage all over this wasnt like this when I moved in two years ago its all gone downhill in the last few months.

Decent apartment for the price. The office manager Jolynn is super nice and very helpful and accommodating. Of all the places I rented, she is by far the best office manager Ive ever dealt with!

We moved here intending to stay only 6 months and have been here a year and a half--its clean, affordable, is in a great location, and weve been very happy with it. The biggest reason Id recommend this place so highly though, is the staff. Jolynn in the office is so kind and thoughtful--she really genuinely does care about making sure her residents are happy and that theres a neighborly atmosphere in the building. Maintenance (Hector) is so professional--even the smallest, most insignificant repairs have been taken care of promptly and with great consideration. A great place to live!

A great experience living here, with the new renovation of the community patio and rec room etc, maintenance always on the fly working/updating. The upbeat and sincere care from the Management and Jolynn goes beyond great to me and my family.

Yeah, the rent gets raised every year, but it is quiet, clean, & friendly. Its a REAL home! The staff is super-helpful, and its right on both the Metro Bus line & an extensive trail system. I am happy to live here.

Great staff with super fast response times. Traffic is no problem and it’s a 4 minute drive to downtown Hopkins, which is very nice. I’d move here again!

Awesome on property staff! They take care of maintenance needs very fast. Movie library and free popcorn. Best place to rent!

Now that I have lived here for over two years, I think it is a wonderful community too. All the other residents I have met are so nice and the manager and maintenance staff go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I live on the top floor and it is very quiet. Amazing apartments. Nice patio area for partys and birthdays. Pretty chill area in town close to mainstreet where all the fun happens. All in all a good place to live

I have lived at Southampton Apartments for a year and have been very happy and pleased with the staff. I want it brought to attention that the caretaker named Katrina has kept the building very clean and goes above and beyond to help residents when needed.

The staff is amazing. It’s an apartment, so it’s not always perfect, but they try their hardest to make it be!

I didnt lived here but i did some work for the tenant whom live there some of them they lived for more than 10yrs and they like the mng and the place.

Less expensive place to stay. Much better lease breakage policy compared to several other communities

I live at the Southampton Apartments now and the people here are very nice the management and the maintenance guy always takes time to talk to you
