Great townhomes on the ridge with deers!

Eh this place was okay, not sure it justifies the rent. It is not a smoke-free community, and majority of the residents smoke cigarettes, at least while I lived there. I could not have my back windows open due to smoke wafting into my unit. Did not enjoy my patio due to the smell. My neighbors were constant litterbugs.Other than that, the townhouse itself was very dark, but I expected as much. I had a unit between two others. When I moved in, it was absolutely filthy with grime and candle wax on the window sills. The carpet smelled of dog urine. I didnt trust them to clean it for me, so I took care of it myself. All my screens had holes, and the garbage disposal had a broken blade. Tons of water damage under the sink and in maintenance closet, but no leaks. I do not believe they truly clean the units between tenants. Maybe they do, I dont know, but my unit was quite sad when I first entered it.But on a positive note, maintenance is very kind and prompt with answering requests. Best maintenance Ive ever had at a rental. Theyre the redeeming quality to the property.I would encourage anyone to seek other options besides Stuart Co., but they might be the best town homes around for the price. Seems I drew the short stick for neighbors and home location. Good luck to future tenants.

I have had only the best experiences at Deer Ridge, all of my work orders have been taken care of promptly, the office staff are always great to work with and quickly responded anytime I have needed to contacted the office. I have even seen the office staff cleaning and picking up garbage around the property. They put in great effort into making it feel like home.

Great neighborhood and nice access to trails and pool. great for family life !

Very fast maintenance, outdoor pool, walking distance to Shady Oak Beach, very well-kept playground, some wildlife, beautiful views.
