Very nicely appointed and quiet place. Personable and professional management. Love the bright daylight coming through the large windows and clean white kitchen!

New leadership for the leasing office is making a difference! The office staff as well as the maintenance team have shown consistent responsiveness to addressing issues. They are working to make sure that the property holds true to its luxurious standards and that the residents feel a genuine sense of community.

I set up an appointment and showed up on time and was told by the maintenance person that the office personnel had already left. They called the person for the tour who had already left who didn’t answer her phone so they called someone else and she said that they cannot honor online booked appointments so I will have to reschedule. That is not okay. Why have the ability to offer online tour appointments if they can’t honor them and are not going to be there when the tour is scheduled.

The leasing staff is amazing! There are some noisy neighbors and some people who do not pick up their dog droppings but overall I love my apartment and the area.

Great location, quiet- just off main road. Easy access to YMCA gym across the street, ridgedale mall, Lunds, Target, Whole foods, Trader Joes, Restaurants, Freeway access. Helpful staff. Mary in the office is great! My wife and I lived here 2 yrs. and enjoyed the location, parking garage, spacious living area and nice big bathrooms!

Horrible. They hide behind there corporate office. Make sure you research them well. Last I checked the parent comany had over 114 complaints with the BBB. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE

I recently moved into Ridgegate, prior to moving I read some of these reviews but I should have taken them more serious. I find the pictures disgusting and I also found them to be true. Noise is terrible, I can hear neighbors on all sides of my apartment. I can’t sleep at all with all the noise going on, I feel like the walls are paper thin. Ridgegate advertises that they are “Minneapolis most luxurious apartments” but it’s not luxurious with a paint bucket of cigarette butts sitting outside by the door, signs broken, trash in the pond. A person would figure that if they are charging $1,000+ per apartment they sure would be able to take care of the facility and fix some of lingering issues. I feel that Ridgegate does a real good job of making things look nice at a first impression and then fails to deliver. I hear all the residents complaining and several people truly concerned about trying to make ends meet when they keep raising rent year after on them by over $150+ plus each year. I think if I had to do it over again I would have moved somewhere else.
