One of the best Uhaul experiences I’ve had! Super knowledgeable on everything and also very friendly! They helped me attach my trailer right away and I had no hiccups in my reservation. Definitely recommend this location!

I was in a pinch to get a job done, and I got great help when I needed it. Snuck me in with a truck that day, had the furniture dolly I needed, and was just a great, personable interaction. Very happy with this place!

This is the worst uhaul I have ever rented from I rent all the time from uhaul if there is a truck anywhere but hear go there. Thay are so rude and I have seen them turn there backs on customers and have a 30 min conversation with someone who works there while pople are wating to get a truck. thay always have trucks for rent no one wants to go there

Really nice to meet somebody doing this unrest that we were going through in Minneapolis really nice intelligent brother that ran the place nice clean vehicles too and their estimated mileage on the time of use that I needed it was pretty dang accurate. Charles

I had just finished a long drive to Minneapolis towing my car. When I went to get it unloaded, there was an issue with it being stuck on the trailer. Omar diligently helped me out with getting my car off the trailer and was such a great help! I truly appreciate the above and beyond customer service.

I wont be using U-Haul at all anymore. They charged me for two days despite having the truck only 12 hours, and they also charged for two days Safe Move Plus which I hadnt ordered. It took three phone calls to get my $86 back. They were repeatedly unable to find my order, understand what I was asking, or provide meaningful information. Having to spend time DURING our move making sure I dont get gouged by such careless and inconsiderate handling is really disappointing.

This was a great experience! I highly recommend to any local movers in the North Minneapolis or Northeast Minneapolis area. The check-in process was so quick and efficient, I didnt have to wait long to get started on my move. I even had a small mileage mix-up and it was corrected on my invoice immediately. Thank you for making my move stress-free. Oh yea, there is a gas station right next door, so replenishing fuel is super convenient.

I have always had a good experience with them picking up and returning. Everybody has a bad day, so a little patience goes both way.

Omar quickly and diligently solved an issue with a late return affecting my rental. Couldnt be happier. Omar went above and beyond with a discount as well.

The manager was completely disrespectful and kicked me out of the store when I questioned why our van was not available. He was sweating at me and was completely or of control because I asked why we were not notified. Horrible customer service. Never use.

Facility surpassed our expectation by giving us an upgrade for the same price. Equipment worked well and drop off was easy.

I dont understand how this place is still running this is the worst customer service he was writing my credit card number down in my name Etc because its system wasnt working, there was no one to help use when it was time to pick up my trailer and hook it up. Talkin to us very disrespectfully with no patience I was waiting for a like an hour until i left leave this terrible place I will never come back here again!!!!!!

Rented a truck for a day of moving and as moving goes i didnt make it back before the one day rental deadline.....Bari is GREAT! He understood and worked it out for only a day rental charge!!! Then couldnt get my phone to connect to order my Uber outta there.....Bari rescued me a 2nd time and called me a cab to get to work!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Will call Bari for sure anytime we need a truck!!!! TY Uhaul Bari!!!

They tried to charge me way over the price I was supposed to pay for a 1 day use and a distance of 2.5 miles that I traveled they tried to charged me $300 they didn’t even give me a receipt and when I asked why I was to pay that much they told me to leave and call the manager.

Has to be the most unprofessional and unreliable Uhauls I’ve ever been to. On two separate occasions I called to see if they had a truck available with the owner telling me yes and to come over. Both times a note was left on the door and no one to be seen for over an hour. Choose literally any other Uhaul.

I call to see if are any 15 truck available. Well he took my name and number, told me I was goin to get text on were I can pick the truck from. I say well where will I pick it from because I dont want to pick it up too far, you cause the miles. Well he hung up on me!! How rude!!!

Got sent here after the truck I reserved in another location was late. This location also didnt have that truck so got sent to a third location.Front desk man was insanely rude and incondsiderate to the situation.
