These are the worst staff ever. They dont even try to look at your side one bit. Then take forever to call you back

This is a mommy state, no care in the world for the fathers. You steal our tax money even though the mothers get a huge tax refund at the end of the year. This organization should be dismantled. Stop stealing folks money. Also, a mother who gets in trouble for doing meth, twice!!!! gets her kids back no matter what while the father has his kid taken away over and over for doing the right thing. Anyone who works for the government, is no friend of mine. A lot of people are waking up, and I think its in your best interest to find yourselves a new job.

Thanks that the screw up of a worker that was informed the dads name was spelled wrong when he signing the recognition of parentage form they are now going to pay to fix my kids birth certificates.

I moved to MN from CA. In CA my case was fine and I had no issues getting my child support. However, since allowing the incompetent government workers to takeover Ive had nothing but problems and delays, as a single mother trying to raise her 5 children this IS NOT HELPING!! Have left several calls over last 3 months my case worker NEVER gets back to me. Worst place Ive ever delt with, always mess ups on their end. Ive delt with 4 counties now and they are the worst by far the VERY worst! Trying to get my case moved back!! Smh!!!

As a father, my case worker was extremely helpful to my case. They actual called me to suggest I die a motion, and it was the right thing to do.

The case workers communicate very well

These employees are waste of tax dollars. know very little about child support process and assumes everyone that calls is a deadbeat. Get rid of this position and hire some competent people that actually care.

Very poor system overall. Appears like a bunch of unhappy people who dislikes their jobs. Unfriendly, rude, disrespectfully and simply dont care about the payee or the child for that matter. They receive a star only because im unable to select zero stars.

Not so friendly child support workers i mean i thought they are suppose to be there to help you not treat you like CRAP!!!
